[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Payment done but tickets are not booked

Hello sir, I booked 3 tickets online through cinepolis website for the sunday show to watch "Kashmir files", the transaction of Rs. 885/- has successfully been done but there's no any response from cinepolis site. It is very disappointing that I'm neither able to contact you directly nor are you getting back.
The payment had been done but my tickets have not been booked.
I am trying to reach out to you guys through mail/phone but there seems to be no response
I've sent the screenshot of the payment transaction. Please do the needful
