I went to cinepolis cinema today to watch the movie. During interval I went to buy popcorn large and the price on the tv screen above the payment counters was INR 340/-. When I did the payment INR 380/- was deducted. The person on the counter said that INR 380/- is the latest price and on tv screens its an old price. This is very bad and misleading the customer. This is not that I had to pay some extra but wrong information on the TV menu and at the counter simple answer of new pricing is not a good way. We live in the world of customer service and satisfy the customers for the price they are paying. This is very disheartening. Bad Experience with Cinepolis and along with the popcorn doesn’t seem fresh. Hope you will take necessary action to rectify such things so that your customers have a Happy Experience.
I have the bill copy and picture of price on TV Screen, if you need proof.
