I am mona. As everyone even i have the same issue. I have bonus points which can be redeemed but i am unable to do so. Please guide me regarding this. I logged in to my cinepolis club account, i could just see the points available but didn't understand as to how to use those. How can i use those points.? I need to book a ticket for my next show.. Please note that you can redeem the Club Cinépolis points through our website/app and at the Box Office. While booking tickets via the website, you'll find Club Cinépolis option on the payment page. Click on the Club Cinépolis box and then proceed with the details to redeem your points.
