I tried booking ticket using club points in cinepolis app, after i confirmed my booking, i received a message that points got redeemed and with the link to download ticket but that link doesn't work, always shows error message, also app hangs at payment, and never processes further and my points are also deducted. I'm now very much afraid to book ticket using this app, i need my points back. Please help!! I want to go to cinepolis tomorrow for movie!
