Cinepolis India — Ticket Cancellation and Refund

I recently booked Oppenheimer tickets at Nexus Seawoods, Nerul. After the payment, I realised I booked it for the wrong timings. I spent about 1900 on these tickets. I wanted to cancel but there was no option for cancellation. I know it was a mistake on my part but please make a cancel option available. You guys already ask 200Rs for charges. What if I had made bookings at the wrong location? Who'd be willing to buy it? Please look into this matter and allow cancellation and refund facility at all locations. A humble request!
