Cinepolis India — Ticket not received after payment

I. had booked a ticket on 1/11/21 3:55pm Dune movie ticket through Cinepolis main website and the payment was done but no ticket was recieved. There is no reply from Customer care either

My name is Souparna Dutta, from Kolkata, I tried booking through Cinepolis website for Doctor Strange 2 on 6th May, 2022, showtime-9:20 am at Acropolis Mall, Kolkata.I tried paying through UPI mode.Although the amount of Rs1575 is deducted from my account but no ticket was generated.My upi id is @paytm and transaction id is or Time of transaction is 9:21 am On 24th April, 2022.
I want my refund back as soon as possible.
I would be grateful to you if you look into this matter.

Could you please confirm if you have received a confirmation email from [email protected] on your registered email ID? Please check your spam folder and do let us know in case if you have noted down the booking ID from the screen as well.

I have booked for a Telugu movie Happy Birthday in Cinepolis in BSR Mall, Chennai for 4:15 PM show on 8th July 2022. I still didn't receive my ticket. I booked 2 tickets under mobile number [protected]. Please help me
