We had to apply for comedk exam all was done even transaction through citrus pay was done through hdfc bank we got the message aslo. But we got message that our application was unsuccessful. So please do the needful. I have mailed to citrus [protected]@payu.in so please do the needful when will i get the amount back of rupees 1527. If you have any contact number of your company please send

I've made a payment of Rs. 2432.54 towards Comedk and Uni-gauge examinations on 13th of February 2019 through Citrus payment portal, in the end 'Payment was unsuccessful' message was shown but the amount was debited from my Credit Card.
Transaction ID given from my bank is VT190450065006940000082
Please resolve the problem at the earliest.

Sir I had recharged my sundirect DTH tho mysundirect app while I made payment thorough upi I got a link as a message from your company name... I have been made that transaction of 212 rs... Money is debted from my account and it shown like your transaction was successful, but still recharge was not done..
