[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — I am complaining about money hacked from my bank account by fraud caller | |||
I received a call from fraud caller saying that I am calling from SBI Bank and asked me to give my ATM last 4 digit number otherwise my bank account will be blocked for 6 months. I frightened and give my ATM last 4 digit number. Immediately I received OTP message in my mobile and the fraud caller asked for OTP number which I gave to him and immediately I received another message in which Rs 25000 was debited to my account. So I request to kindly help me to recover my hacked amount of Rs 25000/- from my bank account. The reference number is OTHPG[protected] CITRUSPAY KOTAK MUMBAI DATED - 17.06.2019. I am Deepak Gupta, I received fraud call from a number [protected] his name is Rahul kumar Sharma calling from atm head office he was saying that my atm card is blocked so he asked me the details of atm card, he send me message for pin code and withdraw Rs 25000/- twice i.e., total 50000/- from my account message details

Sir actually that is fraud transactions he have taken my money saying that my atm is not working so I scared becoz i need money for my mom treatment so I given that otp without reading the msg...plz sir try to understand
