[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — I did a purchase on Zara using UPI through citrus solutions the money got deducted but it didnt reach Zara I want a refund.

I was placing an order on zara india online on 31 October 2021 and had opted for payment via UPI.

Google Transaction Id:CICAgOCW8tifSQ

I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfc the money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So zara cancelled the order from their side as it kept pending
I haven’t been initiated a refund and no sign of refund from zara because they haven’t received it.

Please Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

The company emailfe me from [email protected] and asked for my contact number for further resolution of the issue, then I received a call from +91 20673141401 (company system number) they verified me and asked about the issue and sent me the money on the same day (2nd November 2021) since the money had debited(31 October 2021).
