[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — no transfer of money from one account to another

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I have transferred rs 10000 to kotak mahindra bank savings account of mrs usha rani from my axis bank account on 29/04/2019 at 8:53:25 but same is yet not credited to her account and not returned to my axis bank account.
The transaction id is inv [protected]a.
The payment was made via link send by kotak mahindra bank for opening of savinga bank account through netbanking.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
