Dear sir, When i try to make the payment through icici eazypay gate wayfor my son's Hostel fees, after sometime, i got a message that the session is timed out. However my account has been debited and the receipt is not generated for My son's hostel fees at amrita univiersity. i booked bus ticket essar through citrus web on[protected] its debited 2 times. 1st time i getting error but money debited so i have do more time i getting ticket. but amount not credited on my account. the banker said problem is citrus side. so please refound my money. and replay me.
