[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment deducted but not received acknowledgement nor updated my student status

I made a payment for ignou on[protected] via j&k bank debit card for re registration of my 2nd sem of MCA, payment has been deducted of amount Rs 9098.32 but the system showed internal error and i did not received any acknowledgement nor my student status was updated regarding the same. here are the details of said transaction:
