[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment Not Credited to Beneficiaries (Videocon D2H) account | |||
On 15th Sept. I tried to pay annual subscription of Rs.6330/- Videocon D2H. The Payment was being made through Bank Of India net banking facility. Kindly find attached screen shots taken during transaction. My account has been debited by Rs.6330/- but Videocon Account has not recd. any credit. It is now nearly 8 days since the payment was initiated the account also has not got updated. Kindly initiate the refund at once.
