[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Payment not refund to my account | |||
Sir, I have paid Rs. 438.00 of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited electricity bill (consumer id[protected] through Bank of India Debit Card on 12.04.2016 on 07.04 PM. The payment has made success and Amount Rs.441.76 is debited from my account. But submission of Payment receipt not generate. And now WBSEDCL is not taking my bill, and they told to get a receipt of that payment, now I login to citrus pay account, and it shows that the TXN Id: CTX[protected] is failed, and the amount is not credited in my account.
