[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — refund from zomato | |||
On 8th June, I have ordered from zomato by payment from lazy pay. Amount was Rs, .533 As the delivery was very late Zomato have refunded the amount of Rs. 533 to my layaway account on 12th June. Before that I have cleared all the payment to lazy pay. So I had 533 excess amount in my account. This I have confirmed b 4th talking to lazy pay customer care services But now it shows that i have to pay Rs. 522. Where that amount has to be adjusted in excess. I have recharged of 212 on sundirect app by amazon upi, transfer is successful. but, In citrus app that is sundirect app showed illigal transaction. And there is successful transaction. Money has debited. Please help me. I am including image regarding this. I called every one... But money is credited to citrus upi only. Please help me. Thank you.
