[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — Transaction failed but money has been debited from my account | |||||
Hi, Again today happened for 660, as i was paying for one of the product on shopclues.com site actually from my account amount has been debited but that has not been credited to merchants from bank it was successfull. And the that citrus solutions said session timeout, could you please resolve this asap. Actuallu when i selected the product from shopclues.com and after proceedd to pay i selected netbanking and payes 660 rs after that i selected my bank to want to pay from and after that it redirects through citrus and then to my bank after i enterd the amount and it was successfully done and debited from my account but after that suddenly citrus showed session expired and shopclues could not recive the money and says transaction failure, could you please work on this.
