Sir my father was admitted in manjushree covid hospital since 7.4.21 but on 13.4.21 his mobile was stolen and after that my father health deterioted due to which my father expired such negligance cause my father since my father mobile was stolen he was in tension due to which it affect its immunity which cause my father life so pls take necesary action and also death slip cause of death is not mentioned since he was covid positive so from where i will get cause of death certificate

Dear Sir

One of my relatives admitted in civil ahmedabad in 1200 bed hospital.
( ICU Ward no. O3 c wing )
There are shortage of staff and whos nurses available there, they not serving food to patients timely. And patients not able to do this as they on ventilator/ bipap.
If patients not eat how can improve in immune system.
My humble request you to, pls look into this and inform there for care our loved once as civil not allowed relatives for taking care of them.
Pls do the needful urgently.

Dear Sir,
My sister is seven months pregnant and admitted since 7 days at 1200 bad covid center, in morning she was at A1, bed no.9 and know shifted in ICU.
I have send some liquid fruit juice from Dom at around 10:30 but still not reach with her and she is still hungry.
She is not getting recover and day by day going down side in health because no one doing take care properly.
we have also requested to allow one person with her to take care but not given permission, This is not fair.
If patient not taken medicine and meal timely how can recover.
Kindly understand my feeling and do needful before late.

Thodi var pachi phone switche off aavva lagyo pachi 1:30 amne civil mathi call aavyo k Tamaro babo expire thai gayo che. Amne A loko a Death sleep aapi jema Death time 10:45 no hato ane ema Death of Reasons pan Lakhelu nahotu so amara baba ne emaj Mari nakhyo che ane Mobile pan chori kari Didho che.

Aap shreene amari vinanti che k ahiya kai k to khotu thai rahyu che to aa babte amare su karvu te guide karva vinanti..

Worst treatment

Respected sir,
Just because of negligence of anasthetic doctors I have seen 20 deaths in same cabin in ICU civil, you can get view of other patients also, it's cheap by money but costs lives,
Shasta to he per jivan ki kimatper, Yaha mouth sucksun patients k saga vala ko Karni Hoti he, kachra sagavala ko daalne jaana pasta he, saare reports Nikal ne Yaha vaha sagavala paresan ho k dodte rahte he, Mene Dekha k ek lady bahot taklif me sàans le rahi thi paresan thi per Kisi ne Nahi care ki, jab concerning doctor Aaya to Bola Nahi bachegi, per check Nahi Kiya, us lady k pair me ek injection Diya tha jiske Karan iska pair sujgaya tha pain killer bhi mere bolne per d use, MATLAB doctors ko Kisi ki dukhtaklif as kuchh Lena dena Nahi, maherbani Kar k ICU cabin me cc TV cam rakhe, or watch rakhe jis se logo ki Jaan Bach sake,
Mene ek Pradhan mantri k portal me mere mother k civil me death k concerning complain likhi thi, per civil me sachivalay se complain pahochne k baad bhi koi javab muje Nahi mila

As I'm a patient for Night Blindness in Eye hospital
Doctor recommended me to do Eye report for Photopic And Scotopic In ERG Clinic on 3rd floor room no. 314 but from last 6 month they said me the machine is not working from about 1 year
As this machine is not available in other hospitals I have to wait for the repair of the machine So pls Repair the machine as early as possible

Hospital Staff & nurse are so much pathetic, the told female patient that why they came here for treatment why you got pregnant. They don't even know how to talk with the female patient. there words like ( bako kaun sa month chal raha hai) (tum log yaha kiyo chale aate ho bhiad karne)
they don't even treat the patient properly. they call patient that why you
poor people came here. (aukat nahi hai pvt hospital mai jane ka to yaha chale aate ho). Nurse, Dr and staff not hold there name plate with them so people can't complaint about them.

I am the patient of G-7 ward.i had told for discharge by senior doctor yesterday but still inspite of HOU of SU-4 DR.N.M.S . junior doctor is not discharging.she is bully to me.

I am the patient of G-7 ward .last two days before senior doctor did said to discharge the patient but still small qualified doctor doesn't make the discharging sleep. Inspite of SU-4 hou Dr N.M.shah suggest to discharge the patient.i have lots of work.but doctor is not responding

One of relative is admitted for COVID treatment in emergency. After 4 days when I asked about the status of the patent, doctor said that he does not have a file as the patent has been taken for some scans and tests
But, when I enquired about the results of the test, the attendant says that no test has been performed

Not sure if they are even treating anyone or just a formality!!

Urban health center not regular time MO and all staff available mornjng 11 oclock. Came in opd center and not respect all staff talking

In this department sonography patient register ate maintain but ... patient. Are check randomly..as per register sequence are not maintain...

The cab filling department is not given proper treatment or not filling can in the teeth. They just excuses like corono is steal theri so we can't resume our services. In my pointer view if they do not give proper services then why they open such dentel hospital.

There is no response of call as they have putted phone on busy mode. From last 2 days I am trying but there is no contact when it comes to emergency. Is this our government service?? Or people working there are just enjoying the job
