Dear sir
Please increase your doctor staff. Because 12:00 to 4:00 pm there is no any doctors available in hospital. Hence public getting suffered more and more.
Please please provide doctors atleast 08:00 am to 08:00 pm continew.
My papa's operation was delay due to insufficient doctors. Operation delay 5 days. Also i had seen so many people's who suffering only because of insufficient doctor team in civil hospital ahamadavad.

I went to hospital ent centre today for my allergy issues at that time doctor keval patel told me that they are going to do immunotherapy test which is free of cost and told me to contact me personally in evening and when i contact him he is behaving very rudely and told me that test is chargeable and you have to do from personal clinic.
Image of civil hospital is very reputed for me and i have taken 3 days leave for this only and facing this trouble from your staff side.

Many employees in civil hospital are not doing their job properly, they are taking the wrong advantage of their qualifications. Their relatives and relatives are directly investigated by their relatives without any medication and report. Normal people turn round a round as they happen. If the common people come from a distance far away from 8 am to 8 pm, then they will remain in the line.

Doctors, nurse, even security guards too are weong advance of their designation.

Cancer department doctor are not even bother about patient emergency and how to do treatment fast as required... They do their work normal... Time passs like they don't bother about anything... Also their supporting staff nurse not even know the pulses or bp level... We told her but she did not notice and not even gave proper answer...

At the time of my father critical situation... Both doctor and nurse busy with biscuits break time and busy with mobile

So... Please tell him... For icu... How to treat patient

Because of their mistake and laziness my father passed away

Civil have good infrstructure but not good their staff so better make staff proper

In civil most of work done by references... If reference is good than you have no problem

I am neha resident of jodhpur rajasthan. My father is severe ckd patient. We have came to ahmedabad ikd civil hospital in emergency

Since admitted only assistant and resident doctors are checking the patient. We were asked to take the patient to the head doctor pankaj shah. The doctor didn't even talked to us regarding our problem. Infact he went out leaving so many patients to check one of his relative who did not seem serious or in emergency.

There is neither patient support center nor nursing staff is helpful in solving patient's problem.
Patient is exerted too much in carrying for tests. There is no separate lift exclusively for patients. Though there is one separate lift for staff.
The beddings are too bad that has resulted in back ache of patient. When asked for solution they say bring your own.
Everyday a new pass has to be bought for entry to the hospital. On every entry has to show that if in any case forget to take along the pass they ask us to buy a new one.
Bath room has no water. Broken jets. Dirty condition.
It's a big hospital but if some from outside comes no help is provided because they say it's not their duty.
I have lot many suggestions. I don't know if those will be acknowledged.

Wapas aane m time lag gya to unka jo treatment tha wo nhi hua to fir mene nursing staff kamini ji ko injection and glucose lagene ko bola hua 50 min. Se uphar ho gye h abi tak treatment nhi hua hai
Unko bulane jate hai to chid thi es liye wapas bulane jane ki himmat nhi hai

Dear sir,

You took good action about parking facility @1200 bed, but you need to work on bus service you started.

One bus remains available always in parking in freezing mode.
Only 1 bus is moving, patients & relative needs to wait for half an hour minimum.

So please implement the suggestion of starting few more buses for civil hospital.

I have wait for last 1 hour but nothing to in reporting room this time waiting for 10 to 15 parsons for the reporting but nothing to any one reporting room time is waiting 5-30 am to 6-40 but nothing any doctor is in the reporting room pls help my peshant is serious and doctors are not available this is a shem less of civil hospital and doctors department

I will go 6 days before i have a week or a us day. A 3 months ago, the doctors told me that i did not know much about it or that i had to go to the main house before going to bed, but i did not know what to do with the infection and i am still with blood. This COMPLAINT is against the so called Dr. N.M. PARMAR Neurologist.
we went ahmedabad civil hospital at asarva haripura my mom is facing problem in her left leg last 2 months we took her in several hospitals private as well as govt. in surat finally one of the doctors from surat suggested to take her to ahd civil hospital so we took her at the same time (emergency) in the ambulance it was around 11:00 pm. After 5hrs. of travelling We reached at civil we done all the procedure we took case file and went to dr.
it was a horrable moment for me because my mom was not able to speak and listen she was in deep pain Dr. Ronak took the charge and they admmited my mom into G5 Ward there they gave some prescription and after 3 days they transfer her into TRAUMA CENTRE (HDU WARD) she was there almost 10 days slowly she used to walk and started talking with us. When dr. came to know they discharged my mom without completing her pain and Dr. RONAK this would be ok after some days so trusting on him we took our mom to surat back.

After coming back In surat she was facing this problem again and in between this days we took her to the mahavir hospital at surat. my mom told me to take her again in ahd civil there we met DR. NM. PARMAR. at B.j medical College after long queue we get in to DR. NM PARMAR he was very polite but clueless person his answer was very illogical and he said this pain will remain same always and no prescriptions are available for this. he also said that he is not the concern person for pain even DR. RONAK was there he heard everything and as he was not authorised person he was speachless DR. PARMAR said he was not concern so i asked him for concern person so he wrote in case file Room No. 75 we went there and it was FEVER department and they TOLD us to go to AGAIN DR. PARMAR.
So they were just making us fool.
It is request for those who are reading this complain please take some action against him we are just an ordinary people we cannot face such kind of incident. And no ordinary could even when i was in queue i saw many patient were facing problem but he was enjoying his day the kind of answer he had for lady who was around 60 years old was JI K KYA KAROGE EK DIN TO MARNA HI HAI.
I dont think that for this kind of mentality he should be there he should be fired as soon as possible otherwise he will take life of any innocent people...

We are on 2nd floor in room number C6 allotment of bed number 33 and another patient is on bed no 38 some bottle was given to them bottle was finished and suddenly blood come out of the vain we called the sister and they were talking to each other and rudely replied that another nurse is on round and they continue to talk with each other but not even see what patient problem is when we said more than 2 to 3 time they even rudely replied that mind your own business when we ask for complain book see said that we will not provide to you do what ever you want to do

In ahmedabad civil hospital room number 122 number injection room doctor is very lezy and iregular to his duty so please tell him to regular in his duty and staff nurse is also irregular and his answer is very ruff so please tell him to regular in his duty. And please take some action on nurse and doctor to regular on his duty. Please give me a reply as soon as possible. Thank you.

With all due respect i would like to inform you and make a complaint agaist dr. Surbhi (Surname) for act of behaving dishonourably with me for no reason for i am giving you a detailed description about the act of manner that happened here. I took an appointment for teeth filling from the adminitration where they appointed dr. Surbhi (Surname) for my treatment. Following which i went to her, when i reached her and ask to start the treatment in a very polite manner, she gave me the date of a month later for which i asked her in very respectful way that can she do it today, with a very disrespecting attitude and full of aggression she replied that don't you have common sense that i have so many patience to work with she refused to do yhe job. My concern is not that she has not did the work by today but the concern is about the way of disrespect that she performed with me. She could have stated the same thing in a very polite and respectful manner. I would request you to please take action agaist dr. Surbhi (Surname) and teach her some way of manner that how to behave with clients and patients who with a good hope of being treated well. We are not beggar here sir i am hertily discouraged and very hurt by actions. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Misbehaviour of medical officer there... I went back two time to doctor and also written over there from doctor. We came from patdi which is villege of surendranagar but they ppl dont mind anything? Why? They dont care for anything... And how roghly they answer to patient... I am not complain here just want to inform that do what ever u r stand for or u paid for...

I visited civil hospital with my mom to the neurology department. I wanted my mom to be examined by the doctor of civil hospital and then they can give me a certificate of disability.

I opened a new case in neurology for my mom and doctor examined my mom. Then he told me to visit his private clinic. I visited their and doctor handed over me a list of reports to be taken care of. I asked for disability certificate, he said, first cover up all reports.

I took my mom to diagnose center for mri, 2d eeco, x-ray chest and many other reports. It cost me 9000 rs.

Then i again visited his clinic and he prescribed some medicines. I asked him for certificate, he said, come to civil.

Then i visited to civil, and he wrote a simple note of dependent scenario.

I told him that i need a certificate of dependent disable. He said, he doesn't write disability certificate.

My mom is having breathing problem because of high bp. She has low vision due to high bp. She is suffering from severe headache due to high bp. And she can not do daily routine of her life.

Fyi, my mom is a patient of dr. Pranav kharod, number 1 neurologist of gujarat. My purpose to visit this doctor was to get dd certificate only. I followed the process to get certificate by getting my mom examined by civil doctor.

Then even i am not able to get certificate. Can you let me know what i can do in this case!

Dear sir, on[protected], i took my mother - in-law to civil hospital ahmedabad for her ortho checkup. She is suffering from arthritis joint pain since last ten years. Since last fifteen days she was unable to walk and when we took her to a local doctor in kalol and a doctor in shalby ahmedabad he took an x ray and found a hair crack in her left leg due to weakness of her bones. He also advised us for a knee replacement surgery, which many doctors have advised us before also. My father-in-law being a retired bsnl employee have a cghs card. So for permission for the knee replacement operation we were refered to civil hospital ahmedabad. We went to the civil hospital ahmedabad and went to the opd of dr. R. A. Solanki. My mummy was on wheel chair so she and my father waited outside the opd, i went in to dr. R. A. Solanki's cabin with all her x-ray and her reports. I tried to explain him the matter and without even listening to me, the dr. Started shouting. I told him that she is on wheel chair and there is a hair crack on her left leg. We want to go for the knee replacement surgery as her knees are also in a very bad condition. Then he and one of the junior doctor came outside and checked my mummy. He said there is no hair crack. I told him that two doctors have already told us, he said i am a doctor and i know better. He clearly said that if you will do the surgery here then only i will recommend otherwise i will not. Shalby being entitled for the cghs employee and some of our relatives have gone through the same surgery there, we were comfortable in doing it there. Does it matters that where the surgery is going to be performed. Does the treatment differs if the surgery is not to be performed in the civil hospital. I guess not. I am having his case and his treatment written with me. The doctor's behavior was very bad, he was shouting all the time for no reason. Just because you are sitting at this position, you do not become a god. Taking a mbbs, md degree is not enough, if you don't have basic manners to talk. You don't have a right to misbehave and insult people who are in need and come to you with a hope. Then when i collected all my case paper and reports i humbly said that sir people come to you in need, you should not be so rude. First thing you should learn is the manner to speak. Just taking your medical degrees and sitting in this position is not enough. You should behave your attitude. Then i came out and he sends his junior doctor to me twice, he wanted the case paper back. I refused to give and said that i will be lodging a complaint to which he replied "kar do kuch nahi hone waala". Then we went to civil hospital gandhinagar, to our surprise the staff and doctors were very humble. I went to the doctors opd showed him the reports he could clearly see the hair crack he wrote some medicines, one kutccha plaster was applied on her leg and he advised for knee replacement surgery. How is it possible that one doctor can diagnose and other could not with the same reports. If people like dr. R. A. Solanki are there in the civil hospitals, then the patients are on the mercy of god. This happened with me and i am educated enough to complain and take things forward, but he is behaving the same with every other patient. Many of them are poor, uneducated and helpless. Kindly look into the matter and atleast advice dr. R. A. Solanki to behave properly with the patients. I am having the case papers of both the doctors and can send if required.

My son is admitted in the civil hospital and doctor iqbal (Nicu) and he is reporting to shuchitra munshi doctor. Dept. A3 ward 1st floor had done mis behaviour with the patient father. He told me if oxygen comes less then 90 % then you need to inform me. So. Bmi machine was off and i went to the doctor room to inform him and he was shouting on me. Also, told me that if you want to do complaint for me then you can do. I am not scared for any one. He told me tu kal job chodh dunga tera bachcha marega. Request you to please check the ccv futage of today's mid night for the same.

On 27-aug-2017, my husband mr. Lokesh srivastva was ill and required emergency treatment, and therefore we admitted him at sola civil hospital, but there was no proper response either from ward boys, doctors or nurses. Treatment started off late and made the case much critical. Ultimately we had to shift the patient to private hospital. I was shocked to see the type of concern the hospital staff have for the patient, attitude towards human life is missing in the hospital. Not only this, they were not even ready to give the discharge. Such kind of behavior is neither expected and nor tolerable. The entire family under went lots of stress and economic burden. Do not take it as a another complaint case, take your profession seriously and immediate action please for the lapses.

My self jignasha vijaybhai rathod, i have problem from last 2 years in my kidney. Out of my two kidney, only one kidney work from last two years.
