Civil Hospital Ahmedabad Complaints & Reviews

I have posted my documents related to gscpt registration for license on 20th march 2020 and has been received at civil hospital asarwa on 23rd march 2020 as shown in tracking details of indian post. I further called in gscpt for the courier confirmation but they’re denying me that parcel has not received yet!! I also have a proof of tracking that parcel has received to civil hospital asarwa on 23rd march 2020. Why you people are lying i don’t know but please it’s a humble request to kindly reply me as soon as possible.

Sir our doctor recommend us to get endoscopy on 14/05/2020 so we went to get appointment for endoscopy on endoscopy department but till date we did not get appointment for endoscopy saying that endoscopy doctor is not coming so our treatment is still pending lack of endoscopy report so please sir appoint endoscopy doctor as soon as possible.

1) my brother call on 108
Ambulance came and after patient reach in ahmedabad civil, doctor say i can't do any thing please go home, l'm not able to do any thing only say go home issue is doctor not say what happen with patient and not able to diagnose diaseses.
Patient condition is very poor (Not able to walk and seat)

2) worst condition is ambulance not come with my mom to drop patient in home still ambulance person say i can't do any thing go with yourself.

Sir, We shifted my to tapan Hospital and Unfortunately, He leaves us in this world. He has his mobile with him and for many informations we need that mobile. Please Give it back, If you find it.

My neighbour was admitted on 4/5/2020 at civil hospital and due to this covid-19 chaos hospital didn't allowed any relative to stay overnight with her. So her husband and son were asked to goto home. They left mobile with her mom so they can talk.
Next day morning her son was calling mom to find out how is she? After repeatedly calling she didn't pick up phone. So they rushed to civil hospital and found that her mom is not alive. Also, civil staff wasn't aware of it!!!

It has been 3 days sofar but civil hospital hasn't provided reason for her death, who was looking after her on 4th may night, why they didn't know about patient death while patient is in the hospital?

Imagine the pain of this family. Help them to find out what happened to her on 4/5/20. So culprit can be identified who acted irresponsibly on that night.

A public road and gateway was closed near u n mehta hispital gate, i am a diabetic patient and i had to eat something sweet. And the watchman didnot allow me to go, due to which i had to suffer. The gate was just being closed becuase it was not inaugurated by some 'big' politician and due to which common public had to take a long detour. Being a civil hospital, i was here for over 4-5 hours in waiting in queues after which i had to eat something urgently but i had to walk 2kms instead of walking just 200mts.

Its the worst hospital ever, a two month old baby in my relation was admitted for constipation but the hospital did not take enough care and her infection increased inspite of being in the hospital, she was then shifted to ventilator and ultimately died..

The staff is very rude, they do not even know the name of the doctor, they do not co operate at all even for a baby on ventilator.

I am not writing bad reviews beacuse i lost the baby, the hospital is actually a messed up place. When the baby was critical i requested them to share the report so that i can have a second opinion of any other doctor in my relation, the hospital did not co-operate at all for this, infact they were not even ready to share the name of the doctor treating the baby, the documents were in gujarati so i was unable to read, the sisters in the ward kept on intimidating the parents that they will discharge the baby if we have doubts on the treatment. The parents were uneducated and hence got scared that the hospital will stop treating the baby and did not take further actions.
They never told me the name of the doctor since the so called doctor had joined only 15-20 days and none of them knew the name, only assitant doctor were coming to see the baby maximum time.
I even requested them to give me case summary, they did not help, i requested the assistant doctor to please talk with another doctor whom i was consulting, they did not share the number nor did they talk, phone's were not allowed in the ICU so i cud not call and make them talk.
I was complete helpless since no other doctor was willing to shift the baby on ventilator unless they had talk with treating doctor,

The baby ultimately went in coma due to excessive ventilator and died.

I can understand that the hospital has its own rules and regulations, but i dont think any rule is above the baby's life. Not sharing the reports, doctors name, number and on top of it the sister's always scaring the parents that they will close the case if we enquire more took a life. what kind of hospital is this where i did not even get the case summary?? How am i suppose to contact any other doctor till i dont have any report ? and is second consultation with any other doctor for a critical baby like this a crime ?
Never faced any such issues in any private hospital

My relative had got the baby after 23years of marriage and they lost the baby because of some rules of the hospital.

Please never go here, the treatment may be free of cost but can cost the life of your child.

My name is karan parmar and my mother got pain either in moiars or premoiars. So we went to sivil hospital for cheak up. They checked and gave medicine told us come to 3 days after and we will do x-ray then we know what exacte problem so we said okey. Then after 3 days we went they told us x-ray film was out of stock. They again told us come after 3 to 4 days again we got same answer. Today again the cheaked and they try to give treatment without taking x-ray. Consequently my mother angry on them. How you can give a treatment without knowing what is the exect problem. And my mom meet the senior doctor and he said it never possible to that x-ray film is out of stock we went to x-ray department and handicapped receptionist behave very rudely talk loud voice do whatever you want complain who ever you want (Din, h. O) i don't care about. That's why i do that complaine. Can you open page of consumer complaine just watch it satisfactory ratio only 5 percent. And only 2 had solved.
I give you suggestion for betterment for people to government
First of all insted of making new government hospitals start to povide enough tools to the old once. Many people who are illiterate they dont know how to complain about monsters and they just let it go.
Secondly try to make new complaine desk to each department and try solve probllem as soon as possible
Civil servent (Like shree narendra modi, vijay rupani) they proudly said we make this or that its help that kind of nuber of people insted of talking this kind of stuff why you are not going any where and cheak it properly. When you came any place (Your government servent do clean the road properly, if road is not proper then they built road in night. Cops do their duty properly after you going your servent behave same as it was. So try to make survey without knowing your staff (Or make it other team who work honestly, have faith for poor people
I request you people when you are ill then take treatment in government hospital but if you will go there then you get vvip treatment. Just think about why other countires are live peacefully and we have issued each and every part.

મારા પપ્પા નું ઓપરેશન થયે 15 દિવસ થઈ ગયા છે અમે 31/10/19 ના રોજ ફરીવાર બતાવા આવ્યા તા પછી ત્યાં થી અમને 54 નંબર માં બતાવા નું કીધું 54 નંબર માં ગયા પછી કાલે આવજો એવું કીધું 1/11/19
ના રોજ બતાવા આવ્યા છે સવારે 9 વાગ્યા ના આવ્યા છે એમ એક જ વાર chekup કરવા માં આવ્યું પછી કીધું બેસો બોલાવીશું સવાર ના 9 વાગ્યા થી 3 વાગ્યા સુધી બેઠા છે પણ હજી નંબર નથી આવ્યો
આવી બેદર કરી doctor ને કે કોઈ હોસ્પિટલ ના સ્ટાફ ને દર્દી ને નથી પડી એવું મને છેલ્લા 15 દિવસ માં ખબર પડી ગઈ આના માટે એકશન લેવા વીંનંતી દર્દીઓ ઘણા દૂર થઈ આવે છે એનું તો ધ્યાન માં લેવું જોઇ એ ખરેખર સાવ બેદર કારી છે સ્ટાફ ને પૂછો તો ઊંધો જવાબ આપે કે સુ કામ અહીંયા બતાવા આવ્યા

One of my close relative was admitted in hospital and it was a serious case and all security guards were behaving like we'r criminals. They were not allowing us to enter into hospital when patient was in i. C. U. Police officer standing over there told me to submit a complaint against civil hospital. You will ignore this complain and live like a fool. Not at all a proper management and worst thing in civil. I don't know from which mental hospital you people hire this security guards. I also know that you people will simply ignore this complain and sit quit in your ac room and enjoy. I haven't seen such kind of # in my life. Only place is civil hospital.

Mere dad waha cancer ki treatment lene k liye aye he. Par abhi tak kuch bhi treatment nai chalu ki he. Sirf reports hi nikal rahe he. I know reports nikalna bhi jaruri he par at least thoda fast process bhi kar sakte he. Jab report lene k liye unhe file dete he tab kafi time line me khade rehne k bad bolte he yaha nai he dusri window me he, fir waha kafi time line me khade rehne k bad bolte he yaha nai he wahi he jaha ap khade the, fir waha jake bolte he to bolte he ab badme ana abhi tak kuch hua nai he. Sir thats not the way to treat people like that. 7.10.19 se waha he aj 10.10.19 hue he par koi guide nai kar raha he. Sirf yaha se waha bhaga raha he. They came from village, they dont have place to stay. Atlest giude them proper. Cancer patient cant seat whole day.

Nurse staff has rood behaviour to toking me and my wife mostly girls staff this is not good for patient if i am any queries to nurse staff related to medicines they are not giving proper answer and sujjest a patient "jyada problem hote hai to private hospital me treatment karwao" this is not good.

Sir my wife admit in sola civil emergency opd 3rd flour. She has typhoid positive report in private laboratory before 13 days. Doctor start treatment as private report as per my request again and again to take reports again so count accurate virus infaction and no sonography do by thes doctor and after all 4 days complete in opd patient same condition as previous admitted in sola civil so please take action against this doctor

मेरी लड़की सादिया p21637 मार्च 17 से कैंसर इलाजरत है उसकी फाइनेंस से मदद एकबार हॉस्पिटल सोसायटी ने की है क्या ओर मदद हो सकती है? या इलाज फ्री करवाये मैंने BPL कार्ड भी बनवा रखा है यानी BPL श्रेणी में हु। मैं एक मजदूरी करने वाला और परिवार में अकेला हु किसी तरह का कोई स्पोर्ट नही होने से मजदूरी भी नही मिल पा रही है।
