[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — fraud and cheating

I have been repeatedly approaching the customer care of club mahindra to look into the matter but in vain. This is a serious case of fraudulent activity with malafide intentions executed by this company. The chain of events that followed are as follows:

1. On 30/12/2017, a stall was organized in dlf place mall, saket, new delhi by club mahindra to attract new members. Mr. Nakshtar kumar, executive-sales, came out with an offer costing rs. 67, 997.00 which had a series of inclusions like 12 club mahindra nights, food vouchers costing rs.8000.00, one week stay at rci, 2 nights/3 days stay 10 times i. E. 20 nights, 10 bookmyshow movie vouchers each costing rs. 200.00, gold vouchers worth rs. 7500.00 from, zozo day activity vouchers, on the spot offer for complimentary stay in club mahindra resort, shimla. All this was included in a one-time payment of rs. 67, 997/- (Rupees sixty seven thousand nine hundred ninety seven only) the only cost of the package and unlimited period to avail the offer and it was said that this is a promotional offer to make new members. The entire amount of rs. 67, 997/- was paid by using my american express supplementary credit card.
2. After this, my incorrect e-mail address, mobile number and date of birth were deliberately entered in their records so that validation cannot be carried out. A fake e-mail id 'sima. [protected]@gmail.com', a different mobile no. [protected] and incorrect date of birth '18/05/1985' were entered in the records so that i cannot create my profile on club mahindra portal and access my account and also the verification process cannot be carried out by the club mahindra verification team with me.
3. After contacting mr. Nakshtar kumar, he kept giving false promises and assurances that the vouchers will be sent in a day or two which was a lie. He kept blaming the back-end team for incorrect entry of data.
4. To my shock, on 08/05/2018 an amount of rs. 10, 259/- was processed by mahindra holidays & resorts india limited against my american express supplementary credit card, which was used for making payment of rs. 67, 997.00 on 30/12/2017. It is clearly evident that the details of my credit card were captured without my consent. On further inquiry from club mahindra head office in chennai, i was told that i have a 25 years plan costing more than rs. 3 lakhs against my name for which emi of rs. 10, 295/- is being charged. This is again a fraud as the credit card which was used to make payment of rs. 67, 997/- on 30/12/2017 has been misused by using the privilege given to hotels and airlines that they can execute transactions using only card no. And cvv without pin. It has been a case of fraudulent transaction and unauthorized access to my card. Above all, i never purchased any package spanning 25 years, it was registered against my name in a fraudulent manner.
5. All the points mentioned above indicate towards a series of crimes carried out by the company under the brand name of club mahindra.
6. I have been complaining consistently against the above malpractices by phone and and a series of e-mails, but they all went unnoticed and only false promises are being made by their chennai office.
Club mahindra is required to refund my entire amount of rs. 67, 997.00 which has been extracted from me under false and fraudulent scheme which does not exist, at the earliest. Also the amount of rs. 10, 295/-, which has been charged against my card needs to be refunded.
I have been denied verification process by a systematic foul-play happening at your end and a package has been registered against my name which i never purchased.
Based on my experience, i advice that please stay away from this company and do not risk your hard-earned money.

I took this member ship for my family for vacation for next 25 years initially everything was new and good, but gradually real color turned up from the brand club Mahindra . I had a very great and positive image about club Mahindra but they them self ruined it . Ever since I took membership I always had a poor communication to the company the CUSTOMER CARE is full dumb and fueled with ### who took 30 mins to answer one simple question . once I had a urgent enquiry I kept calling them for certain numbers for the whole day no one picked up the call, same continued for 3 continuous days [ was a working day ] after which I though to grap out other numbers from google or just Dial, after making an enquiry very next second I got a call from club Mahindra, but that was from sales / marketing department . hence proved they are best and real quick in sales only with there amazing tacks and ticks of offer, they gonna blast you with exciting offers and promises [ obviously to make you fool to buy membership ] for which they will never stand for since once you buy member ship you cannot cancel and get refunds as per there policy [ they don't even stand for there own policy ]and also on one is going to talk about the canceling and refunds while making a sales tack ticks .. I decided to surrender for number of reasons since I myself experienced the efficacy of club Mahindra so 1st week October 2017 I decided to surrender and asked for refunds since then I wrote several mails and calls to club Mahindra but they even failed to listen my request .I kept on writing mails and calls to CUSTOMER CARE with warning etc etc .. after such long verbal and written request to consumer care as well as a lead of club Mahindra they listen to request and reacted in 2nd week of January 2018 [ took 3 months to just react ] then I also had a meeting with relationship manager .[ mr Rohit khana ] but was of no use very unproductive meeting, waste of my time .
again I kept sending them mails and made almost 15 to 20 calls warned them, they will just write back to you to wait for 2 to 4 working days / over phone with costumer care they will just ask for 2 days and they will revert back, they never will do so . since I never got any revert back . while all this EMI always hits my credit card .
after club Mahindra considering cancelation also . today [ may 2018 ] also they don't reply productively as if they don't at all care, they just will show you there policy of non refund . since I am a doctor I hardly get time for my social life but gave this people load of time calling and writing mails . It took 8 months for them to take one simple request of cancelation and refund [ not yet completed ] They don't value your hard earned money, they don't value you, they even don't care after you take membership .
Its my request to not to take any product from club Mahindra .
My whole story and scam from club Mahindra will also be posted over social media and also 4 of the LEADING news paper of country.
I will teach them a lesson for life time .
since they took us as a customer granted for their policy/terms as a slavery.

Their entire business model is based on trapping innocent people and extracting their hard-earned money. They are not even bothered about their own reputation. I hate myself for falling into their trap. Such type of companies should be declared fraud and illegal so that no innocent individual loses his money to them.
