Dear Sir, I had been working with CMC Ltd. from 12th Dec. 2011, as Application interface executive.i had resigned from the company on dated 13/02/2013 and served 1 months notice period till dated 13/03/2013. Still i didn't get my salary for month of February and march and company has not been provided any papers to me like releasing letters and experience letters, salary slips. i did regular contact for my salary and papers but no proper respond has been provided. without these papers i am not able to join any other company so i am sitting at home because of companies fault.
Please do needful so i can get my salary with interest and papers so i can join other company.

I also agree with this. I also suffer from same situation. They offering me free training and then kept me on waiting for 2 months and at that time they giving reason that their training is not started yet. Now after wasting my 2 months they ask for paying 7000 for training it's very ridiculous. I suggest everyone who is interested for training in CMC Ltd not to go for training, it is a fake institute or organization they are just looters.

I am writing this complaint with tears in my eyes expecting some action to be taken on CMC Limited (A TATA Enterprise).I still dont understand why TATA is damaging its fame with this worst company or Y TATA could not improve anything in its sister company CMC even though it has >50% shares.CMC employees are really crying daily as they cannot able to work in a company which is more like a govt company which has no basic ethics being an IT related firm.People are not allowed to jump out of the company to pursue bright career as company has 3months(offshore) notice period i[censored] r onsite returned (as per bond it says 'we should serve company for 6months which includes 3months offshore notice but) it makes employee to serve 9months(6+3) which is totally unfair and ridiculous.So, I am just finding some help from anyone on this planet who can take some serious legal action against this company by making public know about this.It has the crap managers from top to bottom they dont have brains they work using their kidneys(basically they dont work) so wonder how can we put this company's CEO or any other person who is responsible for all this in JAIL for ever.

PLease please please throw some light to bring happy to thousands of people in this company.I wish either this company merges into TCS or this gets shutdown its services completely.

my name is Archana ,recently a few days back i had to visit cmc as my 1 1/2 year old daughter was sick due to fever. she got a light fits coz of fever . it was a midnight 12.30 . immediately we took her to cmc coz no other name flashed during that time . cmc was that famous.as soon as we took herto the pediatric casualty instead of giving her the medicine they started enquiring my name address etc. after i insist them they give her calpol syrup and i was again told to wait for the doctor. my baby was crying a lot due to fever.when i again question them , then one of the nurses come and gives me wet cloth and asks me to spong it to baby and she also annoys at me saying that i talk too much and i dont know the basic thing.if we know everything then why should we consult the doctor? if the doctors were busy with other patients i understand , but they are too cool talking to some one else over the land phone telling their stories as to when the leaves will be taken , if when the night shifts are to be taken , and whom to swap it with if thleave is taken. these discussions would have taken place atleat after the treatment righ? when they know patient is waiting cant they work a little serously. some say that they are not doctors thay are just the pediatritions after we wait for them for along. dont they have eyes? cant they see us waiting ? cant they just tell us politely that they are not the doctors and the give the details of the concerned doctors? they sit and show off there that they are the people whom we have to get scared off and they are just being too too rude which rediculous. one of the pediatrition talks to the other calling his patients as that and this . does that sound good to some one who is listening .? dont they have basic mannerism that they shouldnt be talking their personal stuffs infront of the patients?first of all most of the nurses and the doctors are not taught or trained how to speak and behave to the one who comes with the patients coz they are already worried.first of all doctors shouldnt be rude and they should be poliite. cmc has a name , just coz of these kind of attitudes its spoiling its image

hi..........freshers..cmc called for interview .they conducted writtentest and group discussion...after clearing that
they asked 66,000 for training charges........so its a dam worst .they demand money ...but they will provide any placements for us...please wont go that walkins......

CMC(A TATA ENTERPRISE) is offering a program called cjet(cmc job enabling training) .this is a one year program where in we will be trained in all software languages and projects will be allocated with in that year.

BEFORE JOINING THEY INFORMED :
1) you will be having placements with in the one year program and if at all you have not placed you will be placed in the cmc company itself.
2) you will be having the development project but not the testing project.

AFTER THE COMPLITION OF PROGRAM :
1) they have no placements and they are removing out from the cmc company even though the employee is very talented.
2)they are allocating the call center jobs after the complition of training program.they were informed that you will be allocated with development project.

THEY ARE LITERALLY PLAYING WITH OUR LIFES
THEY ARE MAKING BUISNESS FROM US
THEY ARE TAKING RS 1,32,000 AMOUNT FROM US AND JUST MAKING BUISNESS FROM US

I have already gone through some of the Questions and Answers are posted by different users regarding the same question. But my case is little bit specific. I want to join my wife for this course for programming side, as she is MCA passed out for Hyderabad location.
My questions are:
1) Is the training offered in Hyderabad are worth enough to pay 1.5 lakhs?
2) What about the placement cell? Do they really bring nice companies for them?
3) what is the chances to get placed outside CMC?
4) If you are not placed, then you will be loosing almost 50 k, at this stage, what are the chances CMC/TCS takes the people in their orgaisations?
5) Overall, what is the success rate to get the job after this training either in CMC/TCS or out side companies?

I joined 3+9 course of Cjet in Mumbai.
At the time of joining they told me that currently we have requirement in DOTNET projects and you will be working here as a developer.

Therefore I paid 1,20,000 Rs.
They gave me 3 months classroom training in DOTNET and Oracle which was not enough to work on live projects .

After completion of training one of the manager of CMC Ltd took my interview and selected me for SAP project.
One day before joining they told me that your job location is Nagpur and project over there is in java.
I accepted that and went to Nagpur.

After going there I realized that the project will get completed in one or two months and after that we will work in maintenance.

So I came back to Mumbai and asked for change of project
But now I am not getting any response from them they are saying me to go back to Nagpur.
They are not doing anything for me.

What should i do now?
How will I get my Money back?

I cldnt complete my project, counselors didnt help they told me i will get placement but later refused.

I have joined CMC Limited for learning 'Asp.Net'.
I hve noticed they are not providing what they commit..and they take full fee in advance.
Faculty left the course in between due to which students suffer a lot.

They are not providing best education. The higher authority donot know about what is goin on in their institute.
they are not aware of things happened there..They come late..and the facuty never complete the course according to the course structure and sometimes refer book to go through urself..
students face many problems.
so why there is need of such institutes if they cant provide best education, best faculty, best guidance..

I requested u to please look after this matter as soon as possible.

Mr.Srinath Gaikwad sends many misleading e-mails to candidates looking for IT related work opportunities. These e-mails are targeted to a group of candidate claim of providing lucrative IT job. No major inquries from candidates are entertained over the phone and candidates are asked to visit the center personally.

However, upon personally contacted, Mr.Srinath Gaikwad confirms it as a training program for 3 months with an exhorbitant fee of Rs120000.00 for a single candidate. As a matter of shock / surprise this is never confirmed to the candidate over the phone or in the initial e-mail.

Please think 10 times before you personally visit CMC Limited centers.

My father was diagnised with jauntice in Narayani hospital ,vellore and they referred to go CMC hospital .When we went for appointment they gave appointment after 10 days.We told its emergency .But they told no possible to get appointment before 10 days.So we went to casualty ward to admit my father and we told his vision is getting yellow.But then also they refused to admit .Because the reason they told was only accident cases will be treated in casualty not jaundice case.That time billrubin level was 7.1.They also told its not severe case and told to come after 10 days.When we went on appointment date they took only blood test and gave appointment again after 7 days.But before that appointment date my father started to get vommit with bleeding .So we took him to CMC casualty ward and one of the doctor was scolding us that why you delayed this much ,his blood was fully infected.But the reson we have to scold them .But he was scolding us.Then he told it will take 2 lacs to cure this.We accpeted .But then after they chnaded my dad to general ward and started to treat.They have told my father should not have any food for 5 days even water also.He was not taken food,water for 5 days.My father begged me to give atleast water.But doctors totally refused to give.Then after 2 days my father expired.To whom should i blame?The reason for death they told BP was too low so the heart failure.Really if he get blood infection he should be treated in ICU ward.But they given careless treatment.My dad was only 59.There is no proper treatment.If anyone suffering like this please dont go to CMC......Go any hospital except CMC.There are so many complaints against CMC>But i cant express everything here....CMC is playing with human being souls.CMC is only for money motive not for service....

cmc limited mumbai/indore visited our college last year for placement purpose it conducted GD n PI followed by written test and assured the student for placement.after training and took 7303 Rs for training but in their call letter nowhere abut the placement was mentioned. call letter bears the heading "your selection as summer training" so i didnt go on training n asked them to refund my money they will not placed me after training plz guide me

I was an Employee of CMC Limited for 4 years from 02 Nov 04 till 12 Dec 08. I was onsite (Florida, USA) from Oct 2006 to May 2008. This mail is about arrears in my onsite salary, which I haven't received to this date, despite repeated reminders to all the concerned parties, including the MD, top officials of CMC HR and MATC. The circumstances that led to this, and the follow up I have done are summarized below.

1. My Grade change had to happen with effect from 1 July 2007, after my confirmation; however, this didn't happen even after many follow up mails and calls with CMC HR and MATC (Manpower Allocation Team Coor). CMC HR and MATC were aware about the fact that delay in process will result in loss of my onsite salary.


2. Finally, after countless follow up Emails and phone calls, my Grade and Salary got updated with effect from 1 Sep 2007. Because of CMC HR and MATC's negligence and delay in processing of my grade updation, I incurred a loss of approximately $2600 in my two months' onsite salary.


3. After sending many mails to CMC HR and MATC regarding getting my onsite arrears ($2600 approx), I got a response from MATC, stating that I shall be getting my onsite Arrears and asking me to contact CMC HR.


4. I contacted CMC HR many times over mail to get my onsite Arrears, but did not got any response. Finally, I contacted it over the phone and I was told that I would be getting my onsite arrears in Sep 2008 salary, which didn't happen. I tried many times since then to contact CMC HR over Email and phone without success.


5. After my resignation it was told by CMC HR that I shall be getting all my onsite arrears along with my other dues, which is not happened till now.

I request you to please help me to retrieve this amount from CMC Limited.

The ATM Machine placed in office campus of CMC Ltd, Gachibowli is not working to take the Receipts/Mini statement. The Blank paper of print outs are coming since 10 days. Our Admin incharge Mr BCS Rao has complained to your service block

The complaint is not being looked into and no technician has visited so far to rectifiy the problem and all the staff members of CMC are facing inconvenience as it is the first week of month where several Bank Transactions exists like Salary credit, EMI debit etc and people would like to take Mini Statement.

I request the authorities concerned to give top priority to this and do the needful immdly in the interest of many customers being affected.

sir 8 days before i applied for birth certificate in CMC office at bidar district(KS), in that office for issuing of birth certificate they are taking corruption. please take the action..

I am using Airtel postpaid from last couple of months. Now it was disconnected because of not paying the Bill Amount around 2000/-. The reason for not paying the Mobile bill is I am not not receiving bills from the beginning.(Only for first month I have received).

I have so many complaints on this, but no use. Because the Courier Service updating the information saying they delivered bills to my home, which is wrong information. I told this clearly to the Airtel Customer Care, but not doing anything. Without bills I cannot pay the due amount.

Finally, If you are able to do something respond immedialy, because I lost so many contacts which are relate to this number.
I think asking for a bill before paying bill amount is legal, if it is not so please let me know I will pay the bill.
