In banda (Uttar pradesh) city all the dealers of cold drinks of all brands charge rs.3-5 extra then mrp as referegeration (Cooling) charges. When we ask the reason that the charges will be higher for cold bottle and very rudely say that"lena hai to lijiye varna doosri dukaan dekhiye".in this city you can go to buy any cold drinks they always give above mrp.

Looking at the old complaints on the same issue listed on the site,...

My previous complaint reference 05081789. I requested for supply and freezer box for past 4 months and none of them could help me in fixing the issue. I got my supply from last month after a long chase. But till now am unable to get the chiller box to display your product n to serve chilled. Am keep on chasing and all in vain.

2 days back i brought a minute maid guava juice from big bazar and today when i try to drink only little bit came and not able to drink. Then when i pour it to glass i found the fungus in that pack. Why you are selling these type of products and playing with the customer health. If it is manufactured last month it self why the mold came inside....

I join hindustan coca cola 2013 as SPOKES with GREAT SOLUTION(HUB) greater noida..I would like to know that where should we complaint regarding the Refrigerators as when we complain on the toll free number some time no record found then how compland or your repair person delay for long time. So how will we manage in these conditions and how will we know about that the parts fitted by the repair...

Dont know whether this complaint is honored or not but its very disheartining to see shopkeepers practicing over pricing in every items with confidence that no one complaints about them. And even if complaint is lodged they know no action is ever taken.
Its about over pricing of rs 5 (Extra) on rs 35 (Mrp) pet bottle of thums up. Though the amount looks very small but this happens with every product in small kirana shops
