I appeared for interview on 16- dec-2016 at pune location for msbi technology. After two rounds of technical and managerial interview in hr round after discusion about package and location i have been told that i will receive offer letter within a week.

But still there is no offer letter from them. Company like such a stature having worst recruitment process... Unbelievable.

I have given an interview on 13th jan 2018 at cognizant in kolkata location and successfully completed technical round and filled up hr form. At the end of the day, hr told me that we don't have enough time to discuss with you. So you can leave and hr will call you with in next week. But i sid not get any call from hr yet. Meanwhile i got a mail with a link to upload a photo and i have uploaded. This is second time which happened with me. So please advise me, what will i do?

Hi guys, i had attended cognizant interview in one of the centre in chennai. I cleared all the rounds and the hr informed that the offer letter would be released soon. However its more than 2 months, i didn't have any response. I have seen in this forum that the case is same with many of the people. Guys, shall we put up a case in court against cognizant for harassment and fraud? If yes please support me.

I attended an interview at cts kolkata on jan 13th 2017 and cleared technical and filled up hr (Cis) form. At the end hr informed me that i will get a call from hr for further discussion but i haven't get yet. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. After that, i haven't received any updates. What will i do?...

Plz dont trust on this company because he first ask for the money and then send work send ur email id.
I am completed work as per instrctions and send on company mail id but after 4 days company send error report but its not convenient for me, because my work setting totally changed by company and send me as error report..
Company says ur error percentage below 75% so company dont give money to u
So my 15 days sleepliness waste also my 3600 rs waste...
Company policy is very hide and seek for people

Pf amount was rejected by the banker with remark as "others' on 28/03/2017. However after that i have submitted the requested documents for reauthorizing my claim on 08/06/2017 through courier (Track id: p[protected]. But i didn't got any update hereafter.
Below are the documents which were submitted as per office requirement:
1) a. S. R form
2) photocopy of pass book/statement having bank a/c no./name & address of the bank duly attested by the employer.

I was interviewed in november and got selected in cts bangalore. I had my hr round and was informed that offer letter will be released in a week. Its been more than 2 months and i didn't get any response from them. The person from cognizant who arranged the interview doesn't reply to the mails. Same thing is happening with other candidates who were selected.
This is such a bad image being projected by a company like cts.
If there was no requirement they must not have conducted interview and after getting selected, its their duty to keep us informed or to atleast respond back to our mails.
Such a disappointment!!

I attended for interview on 27 th nov 2017 at cts (Bangalore) for spotfire developer skill and i have cleared all rounds and hr discussion completed on same day itself. Hr informed me you will received offer letter in couple of days.

I got a mail on dec 1st to upload my photo and uploaded on the same day.
Later on 13th dec 2017 i got a call from cts saying will receive the offer letter within a week but have not received yet.

Trying to call hr and dropping mail too, but not getting any respond.

Anyone please let me know if will get offer letter r not?

I got an interview invite email for cognos bi technology from hr miruthula. [protected]@cognizant.com.

I attended the interview at cts pune (Senapati bapat) road on 28th october 2017 for cognos bi technology and cleared all rounds, at the end hr told me that i will receive my offer letter in 2-3 week but i haven't received yet.

Later on 13th dec 2017 i got a call from cts saying will receive the offer letter within a week but have not received yet.

Trying to call hr and dropping mail too, but not getting any respond.

I attended for interview on 04th nov 2017 at cts (Hyd) for oracle pl/sql developer skill and i have cleared all rounds and hr discussion completed on same day itself. Hr informed me you will received offer letter in couple of days.

After few weeks (16th nov 2017) i received mail from chennai hr team, to submit documents. I have provided those documents on same day.

After that i haven't received any update. Even i sent couple of mails. No response.

Anyone please let me know if will get offer letter r not?

I had given an interview in cognizant on 16-sep-2017. After that i was informed that i was selected on the same day. Then after two months the hr called me up and said the you are selected and they are sending the offer letter but they want me to join in asap. I told them that my notice period in my current organization is 2 months and i can negotiate it to 45 days. They said they were ok with it and they sent the offer letter after that on 22-nov-2017. After that i had resigned in my current organization. Now from the very first day i had told that i had worked in a company previously for 3 months and i dont have the release letter as it was not provided by the company. The hr told me that bank statements, offer letter and playslips would suffice. Then i had uploaded all the documents in the cognizant portal. Then my background verification was initiated. Then i had to follow up numerously as the hr just wont communicate with me properly. My release from my current organization was on 5th jan 2018. On the same day (5th jan 2018) i called the cts hr to know about my onboarding details but then the hr is telling me "if you can please withdraw your resignation". Reason? As they cannot process as i am not able to submit the release letter of that company where i worked for 3 months. If at all this is was important why was i not informed before? On the very last day and at the last moment when i personally called the hr she is telling me this. For this i went under huge humiliation and i almost lost the job. I want cts and other candidates to aware of this. And i want a valid reason why the hr has played and toyed with someones career like this.

Hi i'm manikanta, the interview was held on 24/11/17 at hyderabad. After that i've submitted photo, pan card and hr gave me a affidavit form he said you need to submit when you got a link from cognizant after that i got a auto generated mail status-reject... After that i contacted to manager, who is interviewed me and he is saying we are down grading... Now 1 month completed i didn't get any mail from cognizant... What can i do, please suggest me... I have attended an interview in cognizant and got selected after three rounds.. After salary package discussion with hr, they said the offer will be released in a week. I received an email after two days to share cis form, photograph and resume by end of the day. The person who contacted me again said that they will release offer in two days. Since its been more than 3 week, no response is received yet even after i have dropped two reminder emails to that same person who asked to share the cis form. Is there any way to contact them or remind them to release an offer.?

My last working day was in 2011-july. I have sent asked many mails, and was constantly following up each week for last one 1 year. They asked me to sent hard copies and then soft copies of the documents and i sent to them 4 times already. Still asking me to wait and they are not submitting the forms to pf office. I dont know what is causing too much delay. Is there anybody who got their pf amount from cts? Whom to escalate the issue? I am sending mails to [protected]@cognizant.com

I attended an interview at cognizant technology solutions
Perungudi, chennai location on 11th/november/2017 (Saturday) and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr round he told me sunil you are selected and informed me that i will receive my offer letter in a 4-5 days and also a upload link send to your mail id and you will upload your all docs i that link.
But till now i did not get any mail or any call from their side, i am sending mail them but no response is not coming. Please suggest me a right way to get my offer letter.

I faced the interview on 28th pct 2017 and cleared the technical round. I got a mail on 1st nov 2017 that i will be contacted shortly with further steps. And if in any case there is no response in next 30 days write us at a given mail address i. E. [protected]@cognizant.com

Since then i have got no response and also i have written to the specified mail address 4 times. But there is no response....

My current hdfc food card is not working, when ever i do a swipe, card is getting declined, so i planned for a new one and tried to submit for a new one in one cognizant portal (https://leads.hdfcbank.com/applications/webforms/apply/foodplus.asp) where i am getting a message like "user id has been already registered", can please help me how to get a new hdfc food card and transfer the amount from old card to new one.

I'm very hopeful for writing this to to you.
I was hired by Cognizant Technology Solutions, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, HR Himanshu Thareja Mobile no.: [protected] as a Team Leader for Rs. 6, 25, 000 annual salary. I joined them on 3rd July, 2017. I'd accepted the offer letter. I had joined Cognizant and was in training for 2 days till I was asked to leave immediately on 4/7/2017 by HR Abhishek until my case is solved as I forgot to mention in my joining papers that I had worked with Cognizant in the past for 4 months (it was an honest mistake, I had accepted that) as in 2014 I had to resign immediately over the phone and couldn't serve notice period due to medical reasons (for being advised by doctor to discontinue night shifts immediately for a while otherwise it could have severely affected my health, had appendix-bedwridden). I had also submitted medical certificate for the same to HR Abhishek. I was even ready to pay the amount for not serving the notice period in the past to let me be employed with Cognizant.

I really don't understand even when someone was suffering due to medical reasons as mentioned above, then how can an employer expect an employee to serve notice period at that time and terminate them even when it was informed by me and how I can I be removed from the company even when I told the truth and even submitted medical certificate??

I'm unemployed since 4th July, 2017 and have to also support my wife, parents and grandmother. I've been depressed all this time and if something happens to me then Cognizant will be responsible as the concerned people know all these details and this is an unfair practice by such a renowned brand like Cognizant. My life has been hell, depressing since I've been unemployed from 4/7/2017. They have removed me from the company by showing that I didn't accept the offer till 36 weeks as I received email for that and as you know it's not true.

I hope that you will help me get re-employed for the same or different profile with Cognizant or ask them to pay me 3-6 months salary as per my package for making me unemployed from immediate effect as I have to support my family as I did nothing wrong intentionally.

Please let me know if any other details are required. Help me or else I will die.

I have not seen such a worst company like cognizant whose recruitment process is so poor. They do not release offer and play with people who got selected in the interview. They conducted interview on 23 sep 2017 and i got selected in that interview. After 1 month a person called me and ask me the date of joining (Doj). I told that guy the excepted doj. He told me that mine offer is going to get release definitely. But they did not release the offer. When i called back that person did not pick up the phone.

Again after few days, another person calling and asking the doj. Again i told him the expected doj. Agian this person also saying like that you will get offer in a week time. After a week i got a surprise call for a technical interview. That person saying you may get offer very soon.

At last i did not got offer. This people only play with the selected candidate and did not release offer.

Cognizant recruitment process is very poor.

My suggestion they should make the picture clear and perfect for releasing the offer and should not play with selected candidate
