Hi Team,

My name is Bablu Yadav working as System Engineer in Tata Consultancy services for past 5 years.
I have did my 12th class with Science stream, graduate in BA and did MCA .
Recently a verh worst experience i had with cognizant
1 . 1st Feb a Consultancy called me and asked my profile, the profile was relevant and then given my reference to Cognizant.
2. 2nd feb i get a call fron Cognozant HR and they schedule my face to face interview on yth feb 2021
3. 6th feb 2021 i given my interview interview face to face online through webex.. I had met the requirement for one the post Talend Admin.
4.On 15th i received a confirmation mail from Cognizant that i have cleared the managerial and technical round .. they have attached a CIS from which i need to fill and submit to HR.
5. I have submitted on 6th feb 2021 and on 17th feb 2021 i received a call for HR discussion..everything was going as per the schedule expectation. Wven the job location and salary discussion has also done
6. Then she said you did graduation through BA however i explain each and every thing that i have more technical deegree n diploma as well NIIT, Azure 900 Certification, MCA, Oracle Certification and C++ Certification as wellbut she was only concerned on Graduation.
7.after sending 2, 3mail on mo day 22nd Feb 2021 she responded with the answer you are not fulfilling Cognizant Candidature Policy
8.I just want to ask if Cognizant gives preference to qualification over skills.?
9. I did a mistake to took BA after my 12th which was from science with 70 aggr in PCM.
10. Hope candidate having good skills but not having B.tech or B.E should not dream to work in cognizant

I recently received my offer letter from cognizant and after that i received an mail for filling the details in prejoining formalities in that while filling pan declaration form my name went wrong and after submitting the form i gave modify and edited my details by i was not able to submit the form again, there is no submit button shown at the bottom then how can i submit my modified form please help me to solve this problem

I got placed in Cognizant technology solutions Genc test in my campus placements. I'm from Ramrao Adik Institute Of Technology, Navi Mumbai. I had received selection list on 20 December and their after in got CDS or Internship choosing options from my Placement cell. As my college didn't allow internship due to regular academic lectures we opted CDS, but their after NO one from our college received OFFER LETTER or any confirmation mail from cognizant. We are now thinking wheather we are going to receive offer letter or not.
Please atleast send us official mail that you got selected. Or give use date, when we will expect offer letter.
Please have a look because almost 70-80 students are in hope?

Iam unlable to select the radio-button of the offer status form in pre-joining formalities.Due to this technical issue I can't accept my date of joining . I have tried to accept the offer by using different browsers till 18th of August, as my joining was on 19th August. I have also mailed to " [protected]@cognizant.com " and described the whole issue by using screenshots. But haven't received any emails yet. Here I am again disclosing the screenshots of sent mails (to [protected]@cognizant.com) regarding the problem .It has been 5 months from my DOJ and C2c is not responding for my DOJ. And now I'm unable to login into the one cognizant external portal as well. Sharing all screenshots regarding the same.And try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I haven't tried for any another company and still waiting for your response but, I haven't received any emails and any other response yet and hoping for issue to be resolved. Now I'm unable to login into my one cognizant external portal as well.

It is showing unable to sign in to my account.

I have cleared interview and being told by hr on 22Jan that we proceeded you candidature and will get offer letter soon. Till the point i havent received any.Mailed several times but didn't even get reply.
HR name is ashwati narayanan. Please help me with that.

I got offer letter on 13 november 2019. recently made an aadhaar correction .when can i expect the joining.

Kindly, take this as priority and let me know whom should I approach to resolve this issue

I have all of my clearances approved from the company for almost a year I have been asking for my Relieving and Experience letter and I have not been getting any response from the email address provided to me. This has taken a toll on my career and I am not able to join any other company by showing my working experience with Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Very bad experience, I would request you to kindly look into this as provide me the Experience and Relieving Letter at the earliest.

Hi My name is pavan and my candidate I'd am having total 7 yrs exp, I got an offer from cognizant and my d.o.j is on 01-Feb-2020 and bgv status is showing completed. But I didnt get on boarding pass. I requested the hr to check my on boarding pass he said there is some issue with my first company. And I gave all my details to hr and he changed to 3rd and then to 5th but today is 4th Feb I didnt received on boarding pass from hr.

I left My previous company on 29 Jan 2020.

I have to transfer my PF from my previous employer(Cognizant) to current employer. I have dropped a mail attaching the documents downloaded from EPFO portal but it has not yet been addressed. Could you please let me know the actual process.

I have registered for captcha job in keystone technology.They asked me proof..so I sent them..but when they sent me a mail..I received it in spam..I found it phishy..so I asked them y I am getting it in spam but they told it's because of their software..I told them how can I trust a company and work with those whose mail are sent in spam but she told me i[censored] r not satisfied with ur job u can quit anytime and no penalty also.then also I was confused.. suddenly my CLG was about to reopen so I told them I cannot continue this...then suddenly I got a call today from their legal advisor and she told me that she ll file a case on me..I told I have all ur call statement with me but she was so stubborn and warned me either to pay or to work..now when I called the other lady she is not even picking my call

When I am trying to enroll the employment details receiving alert as unable to enroll employment details

Sir/ma'am I got a mail regarding the reminder to upload my documents on or before 10 p.m 25 January. But, I didn't receive any link for uploading or BGV purpose previously. I have checked all mail IDs, junk and spam folders but nothing is there. I got my offer letter on 21 January.

I have received the mail of offer letter but I haven't received the pre joining formalities mail.please help me to sort out this problem.

I had accepted the offer letter for Programmer Trainee back in 2020 and have not received the DOJ till now (January[protected].

Cognizant is cheating all candidates and there is no reply even after mailing them. Give us our DOJ or at least a genuine reason.

I(2021 passout) got selected for the role of PAT in Cognizant. After that I have my 3-2 semester exams(due to covid-19 ) on the exams I have one arrear am I eligible for the offer, please anyone clarify my doubt.
