My Airtel Broad Band A/C no. is [protected] and I was taken connection in the month Sep 2011 Rs. 550/- Plan. In Oct month I have received my monthly bill in same plan to my home Address, but the bills of Nov & Dec month I have not received so far and bills were not paid, the Airtel Customer Care called to us and pay Rs. 1800 for two months bills and net disconnected without giving any notice. On Surprise I checked with Customer Care, and came to know that my plan shifted to Rs. 750/- without informing to me. I have decided to disconnect my connection with immediate effect.

My business suffered due this type of service.
On similar track the second number [protected] bearing account no. 12330785 has been disconnected for 15 days & The second number [protected] bearing account no.16405255 has been disconnected for 5 days.
In every account bill collection system & update system is responsible.
Everyday morning & on our mobile while driving, Airtel office ask us for receipt of bill but will update their record to avoid the harassment to their self and to us. AFTER ALL THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR HARASSING TO PUBLIC.
Even today our bills are showing pending amount, where account is settled by AIRTEL OFFICE but not updated till now.
We are not defaulters but forced to be defaulters.
Even our billing cycle is 26th to 25th every month. We receive bill around 15th of next month .
Company waits the every person must pay them LATE fee as matter of right.
OVER ALL DUE DEFICIENT & BAD SERVICES, WE WISH TO DISCONNECT ALL THESE THREE CONNECTIONS.
We wish company representative should visit to check receipt with us and issue us final payment receipt to DISCONNECT
all these connections.

My mobile Nos. are [protected] & [protected] under Jodi Plan of Airtel & I am paying monthly rent of Rs 249/- on primary No. only What I observe, in the competitive market other operators are offering much cheaper Rent & with lower rates per min. / per sec. billing. I have inquired about MNP (ie Portability to other operator) and received the Calls from Airtel on Thursday 5th Jan [Mr Patnaik] and I was on trip outstation therefore I could not attend the Call. He said he will call me later in the day or next, but I have not received any Call from Airtel after calls on 5th in the afternoon or next day at all. It is disgraceful on the part of Airtlel for not approaching again. Since I am not getting any favourable reply from Airtel I would like to port out to other Service Provider.
Please give the procedure for MNP & total outstanding till todate on both the Nos. including the Monthly Rent I have to settle before porting out. Please expedite.

This is sudakar, my airtel broadband connection no is[protected] bearing in the name of v.rajalakshmi. i got the service from year 2009 & till now using. now i suffered lot of problems in ur billing generation. my last billing date 27.12.2011, bill no[protected], bill amount 592.55 without penalty on 15.01.2012 but i ask some billing clarification to ur guindy{chennai) airtel office but no response @6pm on 13.01.2012, then i contact to 50101 no but that guy gathering all point to me and informed system problem u contact after 1hr . again after 1hr i contact c care person is also informed to me after contact 1hr then i leaving out from ur airtel office. subsquently on same day around 21.00hrs i contact to ur customer care office(no121) .i informed all my billing genetration is wrongly send to me, that guy observed all things & he searched system & informed to me, u contact to AIRTEL mail id .my scheme is unlimited Rs 799/- including all taxes during the period of 2009 that time ur person spoken to me, u pay 5months amount prepaidly we giving 1month free i.e is 799*5 u paid 6th month is free .this scheme i am adopting . every 6month i paid the amount for 5months total amount in advance .after that year 2011 jan i have paid the amount o[censored]nlimited scheme Rs 899 including taxes so ur bangalore person informed to me u paid in advance the 5 month amount and 6th month is free. then i accepted ur tariff then i have paid the Rs4499/- (app) on jan 2011 and july 2011 again i paid 5th month billing amount in advance, that 6th month period is completed only on 6.12.2011 after 1month billing was generated only after 06.01.2012 but ur side bill was generated 27.12.2011 & billing period is 26.11.2011 to 25.12.2011 but i already paid 6 month charges advanced so i cannot understand ur billing wrongly generated, so what can i do, but till now ur side no reply .because my billing payment last date without penalty on 15.01.2012 . i am ur morethan of 2year costomer now i suffered a problem to ur side . i am a government servant, BSNL broadband connection tariff is 25% less amount to billing of goverenment staff but i selected only ur customer care and billing, now is very complicated situation due to ur wrongly generated billing to me.

I am Gyan Chand Jain from Raipur (C.G).
My fixedline no. is[protected] and i have given an request for internet connection in september 2011.
Your service provider had given modem with WiFi in sep and not done the connection, and the connection was done in last month but our fixedline bill for the 3 month came including internet plan of 699rs without having connection of inertnet, we have not use internet but then also we recieved bill including internet pln...although i have paid bill for last two month because no action was taken by airtel.I was asked to be settle it in next bill but then also it is not yet solved and we get this month bill also including pln.so i decided not to pay bill untill i get my two month money back.
so kindly take some action immediatly so that i can clear my this month due.
