This is to bring to your attention that i raised Airtel broadband request on 19th Oct @ Bangalore and as per the information provided by the sales representative(cust care), the request will take 3 days to complete the feasibility check and 4 days to complete the connection if the feasibility is ok.
So the date given to complete the feasibility was 21st Oct and the request no was 30875147.
I called the customer care on 21st oct to remind that nobody from airtel has so far contacted me.They mentioned that i need to wait until close of business even to raise a escalation or complaint and they cannot do anything until 3days is over and is beyond their control.
Then i again called them on Saturday and requested for explaination, they said that they can take the complaint - 6113714 to voice my concern and the timeline to close my complaint no is 25th Oct.
To my dismay even today nobody has called me for basis requirement gathering.I again called the customer care today and they are telling me that they have some technical problem in the lines and hence could not take my request.They also mentioned that past 2 days has been a holiday and my complaint is still in open state and they may call me but unfortunately there is no target date or ETA mentioned to take my case to closure.
I am surprised that Airtel with such sophisticated system is not interested in pursuing new business and is limiting the service to just giving request id for every request or complaint and do nothing about it .
I requested to speak to a manager if required but they said that they are not supposed to give it to anybody and i can raise complaint to [protected]@airtel.in.
i am beein with Airtel( mobile ) for over ten years with 5 connection with me and family but i am totally dissapointed with the service rendered offlate and i am certain that your business will drop if you continue to work in the similar fashion.

im Pratyusha, my landline number[protected].im here by to inform you that...the services provided by you ppl...are of no use anymore...im highly irritated by the way u are changing plans...and here there is one more request to you...im currently using 7gb data @799 plan 2mbps speed...and my billing period is from oct 27th to nov 26th(i hav confirmed it from airtel customer service) bt my speed gt reduced b4 itself...which is very annoying...i havnt use the 7gb data yet...and my speed gt reduced..dis is absolutely ridiculous...because my speed got reduced for oct 24th...whch showed me "u hav utilized 100% of airtel broadband service" and as of now...i cant even open many browsers...which irritated me. i dnt want to exaggerate things...so here is my humble request to check out my problem...and i hope u cum up wid a gud solution.

sub: regarding payment of september month bill for my fixed landline no.[protected].
my telephone number is[protected].account no.14827149.In this regard it is to inform that I have remitted Rs.669 towards september monthly rent on the said phone no. through sanjeev medical and general store, vivekananda nagar, hyd. on[protected] which is one of the authorised bill collection centre as mentioned on the bill.they have remitted the amount in OXIGEN vide no.Tx:[protected].
on[protected], I have recieved one phone message from airtel that I have not paid september month bill.I have replied them the same matter as shown above.vide my request no.5498710 dated[protected].therefore I request the concerned authorities to make corrections in their accouts and send bill for october 2011 month only.
