Dear Airtel Team,

I am working in ICICI bank Gachhibowli, Hyderabad.

I taken new sim from your agent near the bank. Mobile No - [protected]
I filled the documents and taken the plan of I 26 CUG 99, even the agent also mentioned the same plan.
But My plan is wrongly updated as Just 30 -399 plan, so Bill came as according to 399 plan.

So my request is to correct my plan to I 26 CUG 99 and re bill again and send to mail so that I can clear the bill

Hello sir,

I was using airtel Internet connection And after paying my last billing amt on 30 April 2012 I have requested to disconnect my connection. The Caller has told me that my connection will discontinue within 7 days. But due to your unneccessary long followup and confirmation calls (20-30 calls) they are asking me for 2 month rental payment I.e. more than 1700. As i have already requested for disconnection, I am not responsible for this 1 month extra rental. I am responsible for one month rental while i am not using this connection for more than one month.

Kindly pay attention on my request and let me know what i have to do right now. I can never pay this extra amount.
