i have my own aircel sim for the past six months.i tried many times to customer care.there is no response.i'm in tamil nadu telecom circle.i tried the numbers 55333 and [protected] but it told that the providers are busy in another unit.eventhough when they pick up the call a worst response in received.pls take care about us. I’m Rajan madurai now at chennai my number is [protected] post paid
Yesterday my sim is not work it blocked then I called Aircel customer care
Numbers but no one help me
1, st I called [protected] his given 1212 number
Then I called[protected]
Then his given [protected]
Then I called his given [protected](rangarajan)
Then I called his given [protected](ayyapan)
Then I called his given [protected](arun)
They are not answer my puk number ?
what can I do?

Dear Customer care team,
I am Ragavendran.R and my mobile no is [protected]. I would like to opt for MGR Song "Ennadhaan nadakkum nadakathume" as my dialer tune. But when I called customer care no [protected], I heard many instructions given by the recorded voice. My time gets wasted by this. And when I rang up 56500 according to the instruction by the above said customer care no, There also exists the same recorded voice to dial number 53000 for dialer tune.. Whether the info given by [protected] is false??? Then when i rang up 53000 to select my desired song, No options were there. And whether u believe it or not, I lost 21 rupees for this process without getting my desired song.. I need someone manual to handle this issue from your end.. Plz do d needful and activate the above mentioned MGR song as my dialer tune as soon as possible..

Greetings! Refer my letter dated April 1 & 11, 2011 regarding AIRCEL sim portablity (AIRCEL TO VODAFONE) changes. But still now not yet change, clear cut solution not given for AIRCEL. I was tried portability number for March 19, April 4 and April 19 - 2011 but not yet resolved. (I have deposit with AIRCEL amount of Rs.250.). Last portability also expired day after tomorrow.
AIRCEL Customer care says - local AIRCEL dealers, local AIRCEL dealers says - contact AIRCEL head office and AIRCEL head office say - contact customer care. All are doing like round the clock but nobody given the correct solution.
Please madam help me and give the direction.

I am getting strange calls from different aircel number like [protected], [protected] etc. May be someone works in aircel customer care could do that kind of strange calls cause the calls are coming from different aircel number. one may not have that numbers of sim card unless he or she work in customer care. my no has activate the powerplay i complined for that they said open home page and their has powerplay option and click to their and click unsubscribe. so i cant to see that option pleas help for me. my balance is lose every day sir pleas... no: [protected]
