Dear Sir, I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected], another number [protected] in the month of march 2009. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate. your's Anandhan Was this information helpful? | |

Hi! this is ponpandiyan. Am the user of aircel postpaid connection for past one year. My number is [protected]. Due to my official work I went to Qatar on March 30th 2016 so before my trip I went to aircel office (located in kilpauk) ask to deactivate my postpaid number they told me its take more than 3 days. unfortunately I don't have that much time in the critical situation they suggested the Idea of fake custody. me to agreed for that. In last June (28th) am return back to India again. I start to use my Indian Sim but it's having same postpaid plan & the same day i received call from aircel team to pay past 3 month bill, I didn't agreed so that finally they said to me to pay the minimum amount 600rs the number will be changed prepaid. I agreed and pay 600 rs. But till now that the level of problems same Condition. They didn't change my number post paid to prepaid. So kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible

Aircel service and network is very poor I have went to aircel gallery to disconnect my postpaid connection but the gallery people is not ready to close.
In place of closing the connection they are telling that they can't disconnect within 3 mnth off connection then I told that to disconnect the tariff atlist they are not ready to disconnect the tariff also.
In place of disconnecting the connection they are forcing that I have to pay the tarrif plan .
I told that till today date I am ready to pay and disconnect the plan
Than also they are not ready to disconnect the plan
In place of disconnection they are telling that I have to continue the billing and if I will use or not use I have to pay the tarrif bill in future otherwise they will complain to police.
This is type of harassment from aircel gallery.

I Already deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected], i have paid the last bill on Jan'16 thought aircel Customer Care and i requested the person to deactivate my number will be deactivated. Because of i went to foreign. still i am in foreign my wife is upset about Aircel serives.
So for this aircel sim not in use, why is bill repeating me is this the aircel Customer care is already cancelled my no [protected].
Aircel payment receipt No:12600785 Payment date: 07.01.2016.
Still not at all used aircel my number after bill paid on 07.01.2016.
I am totally upset about Aircel serives.
plz deactivate this no immediately and improve the service to customer.
