RESPECTED SIR , I HEREBY WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD PURCHASED A AIRTEL 3G MODEM STICK AND AN AIRTEL 3G SIM CARD NMBERED [protected] FROM THE MOBILE STORE LIMITED C/O SAHARA GANJ MALL SHOP NUMBER 23 , GROUND FLOOR IN LUCKNOW ON DATE 25/07/2012 AT A PRICE OF Rs.1800/- . SIR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I WAS ASSURED THAT I WOULD BE GIVEN 3G NET SERVICES INSTEAD I FOUND THAT MY SIM WAS 2G REGISTERED AND NOW WHEN I M LODGING COMPLAINS THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION FROM LAST 6 DAYS AND KEPT ON ME TRAIL . THEY HAVE MISBEHAVED WITH ME AND HAVENOT TAKEN ANY NOTICE ABOUT MY COMPLAIN AND SAY "AAP KAL AAYE HUM DEKHTE HAIN". I WENT TO AIRTEL OUTLET AND THEY ALSO DIDNOT TAKE ANY NOTICE OF MY COMPAINS . SO SIR NOW PLZ TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM BECAUSE I HAVE TO TRAVEL BY BUS APPROX 10 KM FRM MY RESIDENCE AND HAVE SEVERE BACKPAIN PROBLEM . SIR I AM A STUDENT AND A DAY SCHOLER AND HAVE TO MISS ONE OR TWO CLASSES DAILY TO GET MY PROBLEMS RESOLVED .
