[Resolved]  Airtel — add back my detected Amount of Rs. 500 on Mobile [protected]

sir,
i am one of the retailer of airtel company. i have just recharged my airtelmoney smobile Number [protected] with Rs. 1000 on dec 2012 date lies between 15 - 27 december. i just recharged on BSNL NUMBER [protected] with Rs 500 and i recieve the Recharged amount on Bsnl No. when i just recharged the vodafone No. [protected] the balance gets deducted on my mobile but the amount of Rs. 500 have not been transfered till this date. i have dialed the customer care they have registered my complaint with complaint no. 5842650. they told that you will receive a call till 31st December about your complaint. but i have not received any call. i take the same complaint to the Airtel Head office located at sonwar Sringar jammu and kashmir . they ever ask me you wait one or two days but till i have not receive this amoun. please add back the detected amount on my mobile account.

bharti airtel service limited — cheque of Rs 500 not returned back

i have applied for airtel broadband connection 4 months ago. A person manoj kumar came to my home and collected a cheque of Rs500 & documents . And he said that connection will be given within 4 -5 days... He frauded and doesnot give the connection....and then i apply for refund of money i.e.cheque of Rs 500.
and i had gone to their office in chandigarh two times. and they said it would return in 1 month....n upto now 4 months have gone and the cheque is not yet returned to me.....i m really helpless now.....so i request you to plz solve my problem and returned my cheque to me at house no.16-C, sector 14, housing board complex, panchkula.

Airtel Prepaid — Amount detected and no response for complaint

On 25 Feb 2011, there came a message for me from AD - 54321 Saying "You have been renewed for BOLLYWOODITEMGIRLS subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10." The balance also was actually detected.
And i was shocked because i haven't activated any such services. These services messages usually arrive all time and i used to delete each and every time. Then i made a complaint to Airtel that afternoon. I stated that i wanted to stop these services and also wanted my debited amount. They lodged it as a client and gave me a complaint reference number is CBDOV[protected] and promised to solve the problem before March 1 evening. I waited till March 1 and rang them back to 198 and they responded that time to solve is being till evening to solve this issue.
Then i waited and rang them on March 2 still then im not able to get any customer care representative, i rang to both 198 as well as 121 but no response.
On March 7th im again charged for the renewal of service with Rs 10. Still now im not able to get any status on my complaint or contact any customer care representative.
My Airtel No is [protected]. The above complaint is 100% geniune. The same problem i faced today. I also got a message from AD- 54321 that thanks for downloading java games from airtel. You have been charged Rs.30/-. where as i have not used the phone during that period. when i made a complaint to customer care they told me to solve the problem. and deactivate the service but refund is not posible . when i asked the reference No of the complint so that i can make a police complaint and go to consumer court. she told me that you will get a message after this in which u will get all the details.I got no message from airtel regarding the issue.and neither i am able to contact the customer care on 121 or 198. The airtel service is making fool of people.

Airtel — Amount got Detected

I am using Airtel Prepaid service from almost 1year, at the initial stage of my connection I am very much satisfied with service at that time. Later on Head Ace got started with the service, receiving lots of Promotional Calls and SMS, I raised DND Service in the mid of November 2010. Till now my problem is not solved and the latest Issue is unnecessarily 202rs/- got detected from my account saying that I have seen Youtube Videos Online, I am using Nokia 5130C from almost 1year and this model is not comparable for Video browsing i raised a complaint for that and there is no response for that till now.
And the customer executives to whom i spoken are also very rude to me, and even they hung up my call continuously 3times. The Executives even changed their words saying different things as per their wish.At finally they created head ace for me.

None of my previoous issues were solved before, Your aologizes doesn't make my problem solved I need the complete solution for all my issues and my deducted balance. Can't you check my entire complaint status with my contact no.??. Isn't that your service that much poor to check my complaints history with my contact no. And I raised a request for the No. Portability due to airtel bad service and deducted balance. And even I can cancel my portability request if I received my deducted balance and if DND service got stopped. My No. Prtability request will expire by 28/04/2011 if my problem got solved before that I day I am sure that I will continue airte service.

As per your request i sent email to the mentioned id with all my complaint no.s. find the solution for that and respond me back with the solution.

My request, Unnecessarly you detecting balnce from the customers account and to get back that money we the customers need to call your service and beg for our balance to give back. What the blody [censored] service is this.

And the custimer care executive behaved with me rudely in the way of scolding me and even he asks me to shut my mouth and hung up the call, is this the way to respond to the customer. I have the name of the person to whom i have spoken with, the name of the Customer Executive is Shiva, I know thier mught be hell of persons with that name, even i asked for his full name but he refused to give tell his full name. If you guys were able to find that guy please let me know i want to kick that .

If the problem doesn't resolved my next compalint will not be in ConsumerComplaints forum, it will be in the Consumer Court.

I am very much serious regarding my Issues.

My Problem is not yet resolved till now, even I did not received any call from your service.
But one guy called from the corporate office and asked whether the problem got solved or not, I replied him not solved and that said he will get back to me with in 48hrs but till now its almost 4days and I did not received any call from your service.

My phone no. has become directory for your service.Many were calling and saying we will get back to you in 48hrs but no solution for my issue.

Till now its exactly 16days 23hrs 15mins from my complaint raised. But their is no solutions for that, with in this time period they were many 48hrs but no solution you guys.

If you guys want to talk to me you can call or you can give a miss call to me I will respond to you immediately. I am not like you guys to respond in 48hrs.
