[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel charging more than the credit limit

my airtel number has converted from prepaid to postpaid. I've activated ultra 299 plan.. in this they provide me 600 mins calls, 600 sms and 1gb 2g internet. i set 500rs credit limit to this number. for last two months i got the bill of rs101 and rs430. in third month i got the bill of rs2129. which was more than the credit limit. at starting time they told me that if your bill exists more than the credit limit your sim will stop working. but it didn't happened on third bill. how can i pay that much amount.plz help me for this situation. my email id is himasatyasuresh.[protected]@gmail.com

Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Bad behave from Customer care centre

Respected Person,

I have earn an New Prepaid No. +[protected] on 19-09-08 on Sat.

I need your GPRS services so sending an DMO SMS to 52505 for activation & 52567 for settings but not services are provided me but the charges are deducted same time.

Am calling your customer care 121, 12143 & [protected] continue sly since Saturday but nobody able to help me.

Again am sending another massage for 299/- monthly plan for GPRS the same situation an faced charges are deducted but services not available.

Am calling every day in your customer care center but they cant give me correct guidance they reply me with bad manners, they tell me I will do anything those possible from my site.

Sir/Madam, if this is fair I worn you goto CONSUMER COURT for this matter if you cant sold out my problem.

I still awaited only one day more for your replies, if cant then goto court & issue an 420 case for BHARATI AIRTEL LTD.

Airtel India — about credit limit

we have get 2 postpaid new numbers 1)[protected] 2)[protected] cv199 plan, this 2 numbers are in cug group the caling between these two numbers are unlimited free but we are able to get this facility because of the credit limit our credit limit is 1200 this credit amount is not sufficient for us, by caling only between this two numbers our unbilled usage is cross over our credit limit and we can not call to each other so plz increse our credit limit and get more talk time to us thank you.

AirTel — about credit

companies like vodafone aircel are providing this facility. so airtel also provide this . this is very useful when we run out of balance . also the tower signal is very very poor in most of the areas like sattur virudhunagar, cherenmahadevi etc, , , , , , , , , , , ,

Bharti Airtel — Charges

Dear Sir

This is an ongoing issue for quite sometime with Airtel inspite of repeated requests to them to stop deducting illegal charges from the pre-paid connection I have with them. Last time I gave complaint regarding automated jokesfrom their AirtelLive(55382) charging me Rs.30/month and Re.1/joke after which they credited my account with Rs.10 only for the blunder they had committed. However, they have again sent a message from 543211(Airtel) on 6 April 2011 @ 16:26hrs(4:26pm) saying ''Welcome to HelloTunes.You have been charged Rs.10 for 10 days.You will be charged Rs.30/month on next renewal.''
My phone was recharged with Rs.350 full talktime but now the balance is left with just Rs.45 approx. Kindly consider this as an offence as airtel is harassing mentally by unwanted calls, unwanted messages and services which are not asked for.

I therefore, request you to take stern action on them and make them reimburse the whole amount at the earliest as this is not the first time this has happened.

Airtel — Mobile bill much higher than credit limit

Hi all,
I possess airtel postpaid corporate number in my name . The average bill which I received is generally around Rs 180. The credit limit on my number Rs 1200. This month I activated GPRS(Rs 98 2 gb plan) service on my mobile.
Firstly, I asked for Rs 199 unlimited GPRS plan and they activated a 2 gb plan. I kept using it thinking it was an unlimited plan.This was the first mistake on their side.

Secondly, the mobile I received for this month( only 10 days usage) was Rs 11578 . Then they deactivated my outgoing calls and other services. The bill exceeded my credit limit(Rs 1200) by more than 10 times. I neither received any notifications or message from airtel, nor did they stopped my services when credit limit was crossed. I feel so frustated and helpless on this issue. I have spent lot of my energy in calling and emailing customer care and airtel spoc in my company but they didnt respond with any satisfaction. The airtel service provider unofficially told me that my bill cannot exceed my credit limit in any case. I am shocked on seeing my bill amount. Airtel sucks. I preferred airtel earlier because of the quality of service they provided. But now I am not going to use airtel service in my entire lifetime and I advice others to stay away from it. Their services are so poor and carelessness is in abundance. They dont care for customers' grievances. They only believe in fooling aroung the customer and extracting money from them.

Bharti Airtel — More Bill

I had lodged a compliant regarding increase in Bill amount.
Also I told to reduce the tarrif (Rent) even then the rent was not reduced, then I told to cancel the internet connection even then they did not bother they are demanding the bill i did not use for 2 months i told them to disconnect the connection even then they have charged for those 2 months.

Airtel — trying to bill customers more than the credit limit

Hi,




I as a new air-tel mobile broadband user has been billed on my post paid connection in the amount of 52124 INR how ever my credit limit of the account is 1000 INR and now when the connection is deactivated i get collection calls to make this payment . which is very difficult for me PAY .
i feel i was cheated initially and was not advised about the hidden bill charges applied ..
this is the second time i have been threatened to make this payment initially in the month of Feb i had made a payment in the amount of 4000 INR that was just because i used the device for a month i was adv that the bill wont be above 1000 INR . i was cheated very badly ..


"I WOULD LIKE THIS ISSUE TO BE ESCALTED TO THE INDIAN CONSUMER COURT ". SO THAT I SAVE OTHER PEOPLE FROM THE HIDDEN BILLING CHARGES .
