[Resolved] Airtel — Balance and validity information is not available | |||
My airtel digital TV customer ID is [protected].Yesterday I have recharged with 410 rs but still I am receiving message that says account will be expired in few days and telling me to recharge!!!In online account I am not able to see my balance and validity as it always says "system is unable to process your request".I called up customer care and they also told system is down!!.I sent SMS to get balance and same reply!!! What the hell has happened to your system!! Can you escalate to technical team and get it resolved!!!In my transaction history it clearly says i have recharged for 410 rs on 3rd aug.I have attach screenshots of my transaction history and the error I am getting while trying to check balance....My contact number is [protected].Call me for further details Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel — Not receiving my call by Customer Care
I am Rajesh Tamang, Research Assistant NHPC, this is to be noticed that while I am trying to put my complain through 121 and for direct contacting customer care executive when I press 9, my phone is being cut by your service. Why it is happening with my number only ? To put forward my comlain I have to use my friends mobile. Am I not your customer, if I am than why it is happening.Airtel — Account is Not updated
Hi All,I am using Airtel Postpaid Corporate plan(M-[protected]) since last one year.
Since last two month I have got new CUG plan from airtel.
Problem---1)Due to new CUG plan airtel has chagned the account number without informing to customer.
2)i am getting bill amount as Zero because airtel has not updated this new account number to there database due to that problem I am not getting bill amount but on there another data base which is pointing to new account number they are blocked my number for further outgoing.
3) I have spoken with airtel customer care executive for so many times even i have spoken to there manager they assured me to solve the problem But till date Airtel has not solve the problem...
Due to this problem I am not getting correxct information about my oustanding amount

i recieved this message many times and charged, and air tel customer care deactived this service on 10 aug 09 and this massage is "Apki complaint ROVAD[protected] ke anusar apke air tel number par Tashan Service 10th Aug 09 ko deactivated kar di gayi hai Regards Air tel."
par iske baad bhi balance katna band nahi hua aur iske baad bhi balance kam hua kain baar.

Good Day,Please to inform you that i have an airtel number in kerala ([protected]) i used to use while travelling abroad (international roaming) to dubai. However before i leave kerala there was balance INR 450/- and while i reach uae, i am not able to receive any calls or either messages. When i checked my balance it shows only INR 50/-. Respected sir,I am Abhuday kumar and i have activete internet service on my this [protected] mobile number, accoding the Airtel company i have pay 10 rs. the company say's that you have use Free net surffing and browsing and 100 mb downloading par day, but it's not true the company have charged me100rs.par day . I register complan in coustmer care but they did not take any action.
Sir i have pay 10 rs. par day in my mobile balance for internet.

Dear Sir,I am Gopal Dutta.I hold an Airtel Pre-paid Sim-[protected].On March 15 i recharged with a voucher worth Rs.222.According to the offer my account would be creditted with about Rs.201 instantly and the rest(Rs 20.73) would be creditted within 48 hours.When i didn't realise the balance after the assured period i called the Customer Care but to no avail.I spoke to several Executives and they told me several things but nothing happened.Finally,frustrated,i called the Customer Care again at about 00:05 on Thurs day,March 18,2010 and spoke to an executive named Mr. Sanjay.i spoke to him angrily and warned him that i would complain to the TRAI if my case was not taken care of immediately.He then challenged me and told me to realise the balance from the TRAI.But, a little later, probably realising the gravity of the complaint,he however assured me that my account would be creditted with the said amount of money within half an hour.It's been about 70 hrs and i haven't realised the balance yet.This affected me both monitarily and emotionally.Now i want them to compensate me for the MENTAL TRAUMA,INCONVENIENCE AND HUMILIATION they caused me.

Got a new airtel mobile connection around 20 december.
Dealer promised that 200 mb free interent will be available after 10 days.
repeated calls to airtel helpline after 1 jan 2011 and then a number of emails but no result.
Every time they gave fake promises, but not credited the balance.
Exchange of emails took place till 10 january... then i gave up. I took no services from airtel for many years, and this latest experience confirmed once again ke,,,
airtel cheater tha, cheater hey aur cheater hi rahega.
