[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Plan Change Request

Dear Sir,
I m a Airtel Broadband cm from Bhopal location and i want to change my current bill plan 699 to 499 but as the airtel customer care asked me to send a mail on wecare.[protected]@airtel.in but i could not find any link to put my request for bill plan change so kindly help for the same ...

and change my bill plan to 499 + 150 addon pack to make airtel call free in MP CG location

airtel broadband 699 plan — internet not working

my name is peeyush shrivastava from bhopal.i m using airtel broadband plan 699 and the connection is in my name.mycontact no. is [protected], [protected], [protected]

Airtel telephone combo plan — non supply of bill in time

airtel people who are supposed to provide the bill on monthly basis are not doing so regularly does it not amount to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice that a fenetic, disturbing sms is sent wheather the bill of particular amount has been paid or not without myself requesting for any additional services they charge the fare for unutilized srvices that of antivirous programme, I have this connection sincelast one year but never have the airtel been supplied the details of the telephone calls metered and utilized during the previous month for which bill is to be paid. every ntime I have to ask them to supply the bill in duplicate. Why action is not being taken for non delvery of bills, why the system has failed to fix the responsibility of person that a repeated mistake is being commited so that others in the organization also work.
Kindlysee that the bill is supplied by mail and not by e-mail .I had never disclosed my e-mail address nor do I have any intension to do so. please supply the bill for a/c 13276708 in time in future and do fix responsibility so that I do not have to write you al these things and make public about the poor, deficient, lethargic, incomplete, errelevant service

Broadband — they're not answer me properly

this chinna kamtchi, my land line no 42031964, chennai, , i have called the billing collection center, they are not response properly what i had ask them, , i am soo worried, , i am airtel share holder, even in my home i hold airtel dig tv, , my home everyone hold airtel celphone.i am soo worried about make complained about my company coz i am share holder, , i[censored] want i can send the details, , i know very well suntv dig is best, , but i wont like, , thats why i bouhgt airtel, , now i am so sad, , i wanna to know about what kind of action made u made,
note i called 1256, , maybe i am not correct, , its kind of, , they said they will come and get my payment form here in my home

The internet connection is not working properly. since 5 days i m approaching to customer care & the response is very poor from them . They are not giving proper answers to my queries & giving me some other address & telling me to check it & that to is not responding.


so please try to improve it .

Respected Sir,
I am a airtel broadband customer at Bhopal location, and i want to inform you that since last 2-3 months i have a lot of problem regarding speed.I had a plan of
1, 099.00 RS in which the facility you are providing is - 384kbps speed in day time and after 10'o clock the speed will be 1 mbps, but i had never got the speed, sometimes the the link disappears, i had complained against, but still the problem is as still as...
so due to all these trouble, regested to changed the plan to 699 .
so i had not paid the bill of two months, because my work suffer alot due to speed
problems.Requesting you to please do the favour.since airtel customer care asked me to put my complain why i am not paying the bill on wecare.mp.@airtel.in.
