I have airtel net connection with phone no.[protected] with account no.14333081 at Plot No.740, Secretariat Colony, Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Rangareddy Dist:500075, Andhra Pradesh, when we are in india the panchayat people laid drainage line in our area. In that process the net cable is damaged as per our tenents. I asked them to file a complaint over phone. though they have given complaint, no action was tekn so far. I am returning to india during this month. I, therefore, request you to take immediate action for reconnecting the damaged net cable connection so that i can use it immediately on my return and there will not be any problem in using the internet connection. i have arranged the bill payment during my absence and the payment is made regularly. I Hitesh Malsekar a resident of Kalyan(Mumbai) an new user of Airtel's PLUG TO SURF. Even I was informed by the Salesman of Airtel in Airtel office, that the connection would give me a speed of 236kbps. But since the day I have bought this device and been using it I have never got a speed more than 10kbps. This is surely against their words and much lower than their speed of 236kbps. This entire device costs me Rs 3600/= which is obviously a huge sum.
So, in this regard I would like you to take action against them and reimburse me the entire sum deposited or just solve the problem.
