wrong bill

My bill for the month of march has been raised for amt 6317/- which is totally wrong as it inclued six ISD calls of Rs.4480/- some place in AFRICAN CONTINENT. Which is absolutely wrong, since we have no links over there. also we have activated mobile office on this same number through which we can easily avail other benefits free of cost. Unauthorized Bill charges

TThis is really painfull that Airtel is cheating there customers.I am facing the bill problem from last year. When was paying my bill without any query & question then everything was ok, but when I stopped paying the unauthorised bill & I raised issue with Customer care, they started questing & threating me. And because of bad services and threaten I switch over to some other network.

DND not activated properly

Hi
I have registered my post paid mobile no under DND service. It is now more than 6 months but I am still getting Telemarketing calls and sms. How do I complain to Consumer court? Airtel is turning deaf ear to this problem as Telemarketing people says that you number is not in list, however Airtel says they have activated this request. WHOM SHOULD I BELIEVE? I AM FED UP OF THIS.

Stoppage of sevice

I am an old veteran settled in Noida. I move to Shimla every summer for few months. I took a LIFETIME PREPAID CONNECTION from Airtel in Shimla to stay connected with my family in mid 2006 on payment of Rs 999. I was told that this connection would be valid for lifetime and that I need to recharge as on required basis from time to time.

Call Barring Password

I have taken one duplicate sim for my airtel prepaid connection from the prepaid shop (Chandy and Sons, Market, Kottayam Town, Kerala) on 30.4.09.

recharge not successful for validity

i had take an airtel prepaid mobile connection No [protected] with six month validity which was ending on 05 may 2009. From 15 Apr 09 onwards i staeted getting messages to do recharge AP-Rc-44 and get one year validity.
