[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Plan Change Request

Dear Sir,
I m a Airtel Broadband cm from Bhopal location and i want to change my current bill plan 699 to 499 but as the airtel customer care asked me to send a mail on wecare.[protected]@airtel.in but i could not find any link to put my request for bill plan change so kindly help for the same ...

and change my bill plan to 499 + 150 addon pack to make airtel call free in MP CG location

Myself Aadesh Verma has been using airtel broadband since last one year and i am very much satisfied with ur services. i have used a plan 499 /128kbps speed but this plan has converted in which the facility you are providing is 256kbps speed as a new plan. i want to change my current plan 499/ 128kbps speed to 499/ 256kbps speed unlimited broadband. so kindly help for convert my old plan into urs new plan...

I take a student plan of Rs. 2750/- for 5 months + a month Bonus From 25th Dec.2009.
But my Connection is no more now without any prior notice In only 3 & half months.
i m not satisfied from your service. you provided a poor service to me.
The internet connection is not working properly. since 5 days i m approaching to customer care & the response is very poor from them . They are not giving proper answers to my queries & giving me some other address & telling me to check it & that to is not responding.
Kindly help me, Otherwise i will go to Consumer Forum

Airtel Broadband Combo — SHIFTING

I asked for shifting of my phone from Street 3 to street 3 just opposite of my existing house but even after one month it is not yet done.
When I asked them they told me they do not exist here this is sub contracted to some one who refuses to do so the customer has to suffer.

I have given 10 complaints but they do not want to listen and restore the services.

combo plan 499 — billing issue

we have taken combo plan of 499 of 6 month.But we have paid advance money before starting the net and after one month bill has came of 5000 and we have not use much yet now.And not more than 50 songs we have download.So, how bill came this much

AirTel — broadband plan

I am harrassed by airtel customer care like anything. I was in the 1399 monthly rental for broadband and towards end of may i gave a request for plan migration to 899 limited plan with 4 mbps speed. On 1st june 2011 i see that the speed is .5 mbps and when I call the customer care they assure me that this would be rectified in 24 hours. I keep chasing for an update and no one calls.
I was told that the plan migration would happen by end of june. So i stopped following up.
Yesterday the speed again became less than .5mbps and i called customer care to log a complaint.
After claling up 4 times they registered a complaint and then finally i was assured i would get a call back by today i.e june 29th 2011.no one called and hence i again called the customer care and they started asking me the histroy and i had to repeat the whole story which I am sure the guy did not udnerstand and then he is telling me by end of july i would be moved to 999 plan and this cannot happen before 26th of july. Should I keep waiting like this till end of time to get into a correct plan??
i am using this connection for last 3 years and not one time did I default on the bill and I pay close to 3 k every month as bill amount...do i deserve this kind of a service...

AirTel — Broadband Plans Changed

I've been using Airtel Broadband for many years, my number is[protected]
I had a 2mbps unlimited plan for last year or more, and it was truly unlimited till 3-4 months ago when they started the Fair Usage Policy. After 150Gb they would slow the speed to a near 256kbps. That was without informing us. Now this month, they send the message a week after the Usage Month started saying the limit has been reached, I called asking why the fair usage policy hit earlier, and they said the limit was 40Gb. I couldn't' believe it, how did it change from unlimited to 150Gb then now to 40Gb. That too, without informing me.

Airtel — not responding the customer request

hereby my house bordband connection was not working due to flood of water in my area ..
so that i called to my network operator "airtel customer care "
to connect my mobile gprs to my home pc ..
once i ask the manual setting to the respective person they cut my call without clear my problem ...
pls tak nessecary action to them...

Airtel Broadband — Wifi Phone Connection

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the airtel broadband outsource vendor as cheated with me.

As per telephonic conversation with airtel it has bee cleared that a customer can by any of wifi modem from local market & they will installed the modem.

As it has been cleared i have purchased local wifi router of Make D Link & now Airtel representative is refusing to insalled that connection on the modem which is purchased by me.
