[Resolved]  Airtel — Threatening Calls

This mail is in regard with the airtel telephone no. +91 [protected] on the name of Mrs. Jaya Kumar.
I would like to bring into your kind notice that there was a request to activate the advance rental plan on the mentioned number.

Then in the next billing cycle the regular rental of Rs. 298 attached with the bill for two months.
I requested to the showroom in sector-16A, Faridabad to sought out the matter but no response came from Airtel.
After that they automatically activated the Advance Rental plan of Rs. 998 charging the previous amount of some Rs.600.
I asked the Airtel service outlet to look into the matter and get me the mistaken wave off.

For next one and a half month no response came and i asked to disconnect the no. the outlet manager asked me to throw the Sim card and said nothing will happen.
Now after 2 months of shutting the no. down they are calling my parents and threatning for recovery of the amount .
I still pateintly listened to them and was ready to pay some amount by negotiating but no response even came from the Legal Department.

There is no outgoing bill then why the bloody hell should the customer pay the amount. The recovery people are threatning and harrasing my parents mentally regularly.

This is my last hope .
Kindly help in getting rid of this bloody irritating company.

I am holding reliance connection No [protected], My wife and daugther are hutch connection and they are also employed.All 3 o[censored]s are repeadely getting threatning as well as vulgar language abuse not only during night hoiurs but also during day time of late. The Number from which we get this call is [protected]. I have also lodged a police complaint on 14th May. I am unable to understand how this can be stopped. Please advice.

i lost my mobile yesterday.i lost my very important data with the mobile.so i blocked my sim no of airtel prepaid.iam a genuine customer of airtel and a frequent user of airtel.i got details from ur employee that i should provide imei no of my mobile and as well as a letter from DCP to track my mobile.As iam a common person how to handle a letter from DCP.The Dcp is very busy with their important issues.i have my imei number and i can get a letter from ACP.so pls do this needful to me.till now iam very satisfied with your network and your services.I my self provided for you 10 customers from my side by saying you are the best network in the market.pls reply to my email.

I am a vodafone user and i have been getting calls from an airtel number([protected]). This person has been troubling me with calls for almost a month now, calling at odd hours and passing extremely vulgar comments. He has been a constant menace continuously disturbing me in my daily routine. I strongly urge that immediate action be taken against the mobile user.
