[Resolved]  Airtel — complaint against Airtel Executive([protected])

This is Atul Kumar Sachan.User of Airtel mobile No.([protected]).Your Executive calling me by 7 days and say to me for submitted the bill, I told him that I have not cash at this time, Can you please accept Cheque (post dated of 2nd July).



But today he create a new story, He told me that this number([protected]) was allocated to any VAISHALI SHRIVASTAVA AND ATUL SRIVASTTAVA (S/O AMAR SINGH SHRIVASTAVA) by 2 year(2006) while I take this number 2 month, and I want disabled this number In my first bill.I dont keep it more long, that it.


I give you your Executive No.([protected]), please take any action against this Issue.I don't tollarate it again.If I will not get any response from your side then I will take any step. So please do needful in this matter.



Please I am very upset in this matter, My office work has been halted and I am totally frustated, your executive called me and say "Saale do din pahle tak vaishali teri Biwi thi, aur aaj kahta hai ki meri shadi nahi hue.and mujhe gandi gandi gaali deta hai.aur ye mere saath din me kai baar hota hai." I am bachelor and I am not know any vaishali.vaishali is not my wife.

so please do needful.

The customer care service is just Pathetic..they made me wait 4 abt half n hour, my balance is frequently deducted, and when i ask their executives they have no answer, every week they have some stupid answers, n moreover their team lead some floor supervisour JAYSHREE has an awesome answer that their system doesn't have the user information of last week, she says system doesnt save it for so long..Dear Airtel if this is your Seniour executive is if this is Her Knowledge about ur system..then God help you..m just fed-up of this arrogant and non co-operating behaviour of their executives..i m switching to some other network

Airtel — My id proof lent to unknown by your man

dear sir/ mam,

i have been issued sim no -[protected] with mob no-[protected] from retailer (name not known) in Gaya Bihar against id proof Madan pandey,Dr. kishori mohan complex,road no-4 Gaya.it worked for six months up to 23- Dec'07.But on 24 Dec'07 it got disconnected without any information.my own people who were calling told me that no is on but at different place to somone whom i dont know.when i asked the customercare i was told that no is running with the same id proof.it exposes me to so many unknown risks because id proof is mine.when i discussed my problem to mr.Prem kumar, area manager of the place,to our dismay nothing was goig into his ears n was taking it very casually.now he is saying that nothing will be done.it seems he is under influece of the other people because he is behaving very rudely.My no is under life time scheme.
i have complained the same to regional customer center in Gaya(near BSRTC, gandhi maidan).but no one is doing anything there on 7/8 Jan(adjact date i dont remember)'08
sir/madam,please do the neefull at the earliest because i am at greatest risk since no can be misused.you can take the example either national or international .
kindly issue my no as well to me and calm my soul

Airtel — Disturbing in office hours on waste matters

Dear Sir / Madam,
I had made airtel bill payment on 07.03.2008 aganist last payment date 06.03.2008 and my cell number is [protected] . From last 10 days almost daily i am geting call from the airtel about payment conformation request number . I had not recived any receipt agnist the payment made, only i had recived one SMS receipt of payment with thanks message . Daily airtel peoples are calling in office hours and they are disturbing be for asking some payment conformation request number, i had told every time that i had not recived any conformation number but still they are calling . Please look into the matter with airtel .

Airtel — Deducting the Money from cash Card on without making call

Whenever I give some miss call to my husbands number after the miss call my money is deducting from my balance. While my husband disconect my call and make me call from another land line number to me. Bharti Teleservices/Airtel prepaid SIM — Deduction of money

Hello,
I, Biplab Barik, am a resident of Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I am a consumer of Airtel perpaid services since the year 2005. Since the last year i.e. from December 2007, Airtel has been deduction money for Hello Tunes from my account without my request. They refunded my money on February 2008. But since one month they have again deducted money for On demand service & also for Hello tunes. I even filed a complaint & they said that my money would be refunded within 48 hours. But i hv been waiting but there is no such service from there side. Please look into my matter.

AirTel — Compailnt for the number

This is tocomplaint against the Airtel company in Gujrat who is unable to provide information for the number [protected].This number is continusely calling on my phone and harrasing me.I request the consumer department to do the needfull.

Airtel Broadband — Airtel's way of serving the customer - close complaints in time without solving them!

A copy of mail I have sent to Airtel Customer care(!):

I had logged a complaint (#[protected] on 8th Jan Morning regarding frequent disconnection (every 2-3 minutes). I was assured by your call center officer that some one would contact me by afternoon and the problem will be solved by evening. NOBODY contacted me till noon and I had to again call the customer care and they gave me a contact of Mr Avinash and told me he would get in touch. Nothing happened and I had to call that number to 'request' your person to come to my home and see the problem.

Even by 8th night the problem was NOT rectified and nobody came to my home. When I again called the customer care, they said my request would be taken care by 9th morning. Again nothing happened till 11:30 am on 9th and my connection was stillnot working.

Around noon on 9th the person (presumably Mr. Avinash) cameto my home and since he left my modem has been COMPLETELY offline.

After more than 48 hours (2 DAYS!) I again called today morning and was amused to hear that my original complaint (#[protected] was CLOSED WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM! In fact your service people made things WORSE as what was frequent disconnection problem, they made it COMPLETE DISCONNECTION!

The call center person then opened a new request (#[protected] for the SAME problem I had reported 2 days back.

Is this the way you serve your customers?

I am also going to publish this mail over internet and probably pursue other means to tackle this ignorance by Airtel and its staff if no appropriate action is taken by the authority.

Fortunately I have other internet connection which (again, fortunately) doesn't belong to Airtel (its a Hathway connection) and i could do my usual work using it. Currently I am sending this mail using that connection only as Airtel broadband is OFFLINE (as has been the case for last few days)!

Being the part of the telecom industry, I Think the possibility of the scene is that the customer has not been active for the said particular time of the period as mentioned in the agreement as said for life, the term refers from circle to cirle of the telecom, but presently in my zone, we have clearly mentioned the custormers to be active during the period of 6 months as the customer should be live in network and 1call has to be received and made with minimal recharge of 200 during 6months of time.

Airtel — not getting profit of friends card service

im airtel prepaid customer mim suffering from severe problem like i hv an friends card but m not getting that service due what i dont know? im hv been charging daily 11-15 rs for maiking calls to any one and for messages i hv complaints many time but it was not considered and airtel employees are not giving good respanse to me every they told me i hv to 48 hpurs but and now 480 hours passed still im not getting friends facilty so i want to solve my problem othervise i'll take strict actions against company and i want my 60 Rs refund within 4 hours othervise mim going to consumer court

EMPLOYEE — MMS technical help

I have taken MMS connection but I am not able to have setting in my ASUS P320 handset for using this service. I tried several time to set by calling on 121 help line but the agents who are attending this call for setting the service of MMS are not giving proper instruction to install the setting. Since date of activation of MMS service I am unable to use the MMS facility. But airtel will charge the monthly ammount in my billing statement. It is not fare that after giving the connection of MMS the airtel is not providing this setting in my handset. Always one new agent lift the 121 call and instructing the way to install but they are unable to install the setting, pls help.

AirTel — purchase data card in 3000 Rs but not work and no response by airtel even complaint

i have purchased a data card but the speed is not as per cummet as per airtel . as per airtel 236.8 kbps but i got 1 kbps, even after complaint 2 times no responce by airtel.
I wanted to bring in notice of the company that the kind of service provided by the Airtel employees is really pathetic.Inspite of registering the complain 10 times still no action has been taken from their end. My complain ref nos are 21170185, 21215674, 21310131, 21375957,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]... had a talk with Ms. Neelam, Mr.Kanwar Malhotra, Mr.Rajat and the manager of Post Paid section. Lots of commitments were made by them but they didn't even had a courtesy to reply back about the progress of work and i am still struggling with my network problem. My card is a corporate post paid type. I will ask my company to forgo with Airtel sim and go for some other sim. It was really a tedious experience with Airtel and will suggest everyone to avoid it.

AirTel — disturbing matter

I have taken airtel postpaid card and my no.[protected] from aundh branch from salim and vijay.I have paid Rs-500 for that and i hav its reciept.I have submitted all doccuments related it.They started my service for 3days and stopped without any call.I went that branch and asked for reason they told to submit doccuments again and i have submitted again.I am givin that proof mail in this complaint too.But after that vijay told me to wait for month and i did.But after that he said to give request to stop the connection and that he will provide another connection.I again accepeted his request.But they transferred from that branch.I got service for only 3days although i have relible for it.
Two days before i went there then another madam and one male exec. very badly treat me no one is going to accept complain.I called 888 and that Madam at call center said me to show the reciept at that branch they will help you.I did that but both insulted me. I requested again they said do whatever you want.Some Consumer told me to complain at Consumer Forum and I am waiting for justice from Consumer forum.
Please sir Help me in this bad condition so that no one get bad service from this airtel compony.i know I am very common person but if I accept such condition then i will die in future.

Please help me.im giving that proof mail.

I'm facing a problem from the 1 month but this problem is still not resolved.
My number is [protected]. Mine is friends card and I"m added in the group whose group owner is having number([protected]). When I'm calling on this number from my number, 1 rs is cutting instead of 0.10 paise.
And, your executives are telling that my no is not added in any group. So, wen I try to include my no in the group created by my friend, I get the message that my number is added in the group.

I have written so many mails and I have called your Customer Care so many times that they have blocked my number and I can't call them now.
I'm trying to make your executives understand but they are not understanding the problem clearly.
Is this the service that you are providing to your customers?
How long one can have patience?
Either your system is incorrect or Airtel has started to make people fool and cheat them like this.
