Dear Sir,
I have my mobile no. [protected] and I have received msg from AIRTEL / Im.igfun.com site that download free 6 tunes from site on dt. 12.12.2008 by email and I have download same on[protected] and from that onwards I am receiving msg. from airtel /no 6411010 that is

‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘

But I have never subscribe this service and I receiving daily this msg.So I have complained to Airtel on dt.17.12.2008 then they have promised to deactivate this service .
on 18.12.2008, I have received same msg for deduction of Rs.10. and I have complained again in AIRTEL then they said service is automatically activated and they are sending again request for that in concerned department. Then same msg reseved on 19.12.08 and I have complained again to airtel the on 19.12.2008 Sr. Excecutinve of Airtel Madam refund the amount Rs. 10.00 ad conformation msg received from _EU and the conformation Msg. from AIRTEL deactivation of service on 19.12.2008 At.1.100 PM and 1.111 Pm two times i.e. “ Your service request no ROVD[protected] has been closed and TextBasedService has been de-activated
“.

Again on 21.12.2008 received same sm msg . ‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘

Then I have completed again to AIRTEL on 21.12.2008 at 10.31am with Complaint reference no. [protected]. And they have conform that service again activated automatically and they are forwarding complaint to concerned department and processed maximum with in 48 hrs. and again same msg. received on 22.12 08& 23.12.08 ‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘

Then again companied to AIRTEL on 23.12.2008 to ther Sr. Executives . Yogesh Mehra and he logged new complaint no.[protected] and also suggested me to send this msg from my mobile pho. i.e. CSUB to 57886 to de-activate again this service and airtel charged Rs.3.00 for that then I have msg. CSUB to 57886 to no. of times and every time I received this information

I have never received any msg. for the conformation of deactivation of service. Again on 24.12.2008 msg received for Rs.10.00 deducation . On 24.122008 at7.03pm msg received from _EU ‘Dear customer, your request is in process, we shall revert with the status at the earliest. Thank you. “

Again I have compalineted to AIRTEL Sr. Executive Mr. Gurvinder Singh, and he said, I am unable to help you and I am only forwarding your request again to concerned department and he is helpless and I have to wait again 48 hrs. because he is instructed by their officials, ask to client for 48 hrs. for any complaint process.

So my complaint is against AIRTEL, that they are charging by wrong ways, for that services, which we are not awaling or activating and after no of complaint again and again they are not responding properly . This is totally looting to client without and arms officially. Kindly let us know where we logged complaint against airtel with claims.

I had subscribed for the fun zone. Therefore I am losing more than Rs20/- per day from my talktime balance for something I am NOT USING AT ALL. I don't want this service so PLEASE stop this service and save my account balance(cell no: [protected])

My mobile no. is [protected].I have not subscibed or activated any kind of service on my mobile.Still I have charged Rs 10 for Job alert service on 16 sept afternoon in which I am not interested.Evening I contact with customer exucutive's senior who promissed me that company will refund Rs 10 within four hours. Still I have not received my refund.On 17 sepr I again contact customer exucutive but I couldn't get positive reply.
Pl refund my Rs 10 Immediately otherwise I will put this matter to nodal officer at Mumbai.

Dear Sir,

I have an airtel landline / broad band connection no. [protected]. Last month I shifted from the 2nd floor of the same apartment to the ground floor and had to ask Airtel Customer Suppor Team to shift the Phone connection from Second Floor address to Ground Floor. I asked the Customer Support Executive if there would be any charges levied to me due to this shifting and the customer support exec. confirmed to me since the shifting is in the same apartment "There would be NO Charges Levied" for this shifting. Later the engineer from Airtel came to my place and shifted the phone line which took him approx. 10 mins to do the entire activity as all the cables are already in place for all the apartments in our society for every house. I again asked him will there be a charge for this and his answer was "There would be NO charge for this service as it is in the same apartment".

Around 10-15 days later I was shocked to see in my next bill there was a Charge of Rs. 300 levied on to my bill in the "Other Charges" section. I immediately called up Customer support and now to my surprise I was being harrased by saying there would be a charge to this connetion as the address has changed and it as per our company policy. "What a Shame" A company like Airtel cheating customers like this. I demanded to talk to the floor supervisor Mr. Danish Siddque (As told to me by him) who was not at all customer friendly and in a mood to listen to his customers. He kept insisting that is a company policy and the least he can do about it. "Helpless Supervisor" to say the least with no courtesy and basic knowledge of handling customers. Moreover when I got a little annoyed with him the way he was handling the entire call he told me I can go ahead and surrender this number if I want to however he would do nothing but waste my time. I asked him to log my complaint immediately and he gave me the ticket number[protected]. When I asked I need the Customer Redressal Cell email address and CEO email address he gave me the address of Mr. Gurvinder Singh saying he is the CEO of the company to which I am writing and would wait for any positive response.

I am writing this in the forum with utmost disatisfaction and want everybody to know how AIRTEL as a company is cheating their customers.
