I got a rechrarge of Rs 98 (for activation of mobile office-GPRS) on my number [protected] on 30th January and followed the procedure to dial *567*11# to send a request to activate the services. I received a message from customer care -Airtel that the service has been activated and the settings will be sent to me very soon. But, 5 days have passed and I have not received anything from Airtel. I have spoken to customer care executives several times but all in vain. Everytime they assure that they will send the settings soon but there is no action being taken. Many a times they keep you on hold and say that they are transferring the call to technical department, but in the process the call gets disconnected. I thought that there might have been some problem in the previous recharge so I got a fresh recharge to activate the sevices. But that was a foolish act. I have recently purchased Samsung GT-B7320 to use GPRS but I am not able to use it because I am not getting any settings to use it.
Kindly can you deactivate my phone [protected] from mazook.com and send me a confirmation message to that effect. This is not a genuine site. It is full of fraud!!!

Since from 5 years i have been using airtel mobile services, and i have no complaints regarding your services, actualy since from six months my expances has increased to 500+ per months, so now i need six months clear utilization bill, but in DHARWAD AIRTEL DEALER BY THE SHOPEE ""relationship center i sangam circle, has refused to give the bill and he want 6 to 7% commision..please help me to get my all six monts bill, as i am ready to pay 2% tax if required..

My Airtel No [protected], freqquently from your office the various message received un necessarly which is not pertaint to me why the brude business in the complay have other words the balance without reasons deducted from the actual available balance in mobile.
