Hello,

I brought an USB data card on 12/03/2009, but so far it was working because of poor signal strength.

USB Data card IMEI No. [protected]
Mobile Sim No. [protected]
Package : Combo offer – Rs. 6600/- for 1 yr with USB.

From the day one, I was able to connect internet and always may signal strength is less that 3%. Tell me how I will work on this. I informed this to Airtel Sales man(Gopal Singh), he directed some one to look into this issues. But some peoples came and checked and said the same that Signal is 0% inside the house. Later promised me to increase the signal strength from their tower(Quality Bus stop)

I really taken trouble and pain on me by choosing Airtel for internet connect. Tell me what I do here? Two way out here.,
A) Increase signal strength where I stay.
B) Refund my money back immediately.

    Dear Sir,

    I am Ritesh Kumar Gupta, PostPaid customer of AirTel my number is [protected]. i am existing user of AirTel Rs 222 / Month plan and now AitTel has launch Advance rental plz for 2 yrs in Rs. 995. and this plan is only for new connections. when i am asking to migrate my plan to this new plan they are asking for Rs 1495 for 2yrs + Rs 50 per month as clip charge. (in new 995 plan there are no monthly clip charges for 2 yrs and STD calls are Rs 1 /M )
    as per TRAI rule which is telecaster on TV and Radio for mobile service provider i have already asked to AirTel customer care and outlet also but thy are telling me to buy new number then only they can give me that plan. i have talked to AirTel customer in this regard and they have given me reference number[protected] but not solution.

      Decreased credit limit without any intimation

      I don't have any word for BAD Customer services provided by Airtel.
      First they have decreased credit limit of my number without any intimation and then every month abruplty closes outgoing on my number saying that you have exceeded the credit limit. I know on average my monthly usage is more than 1500rs therefore whenI have taken connection that time I checked about credit limit and it was more than 3000rs but now they reduced...

      i have used Airtel Live & free trail of shirdi wale sai baba .but after 3 days i have been charged Re1 daily as a subscription & also gettina a msg from 56363.now i want to deactivate my sai baba pack.give me solution immediatly.

      meri bina kisi sahmati ke mere mobile number [protected] par sai baba pack chalu kar diya gaya hai. mere dwara customer care par bar-bar riquest karne ke bad bhi yah pack band nahi kiya ja raha hai date 12.may.2009 ko custmer care ke number 121 par shri atul shrivastava se 12.03 am par bat karne ke bad unhone bataya ki mene khud ne ab ye pack band kar diya hai aur ab aapke mob par koi sms nahi aayega. lekin 12 may ko 4.49 pm par fir se sai baba pack ko apneap rinew kar diy gaya hai aur Re.1/- charge kar liya hai. pichke 10 din mai 7-8 bar custmer care ko nivedan ke bad bhi yah pack band nahi ho raha hai aur 1Re/- daily charge kiya ja raha hai lagta hai isme airtel ki koi chaal hai aur custmer ka paisa anavashyak roop se hadpa ja raha hai. kripaya is pack ko turant band kiya jave aur jis din se pehli bar ye pack mere mobile number par chalu kiya gaya hai us din se aaj tack kata gaya per day ka charge byaj sahit vapas mere account me jama kiya jave aur mere mobile se hello tune aur anya sabhi chargebal services ko turant band kiya jave aur DND aur DNC activate kiya jave

        Dear Sir / Madam,


        It is very painful to express my views by going through Airtel Prepaid connection documentation.It all started from Planet M Office at Madhapur and hopefully will end at Airtel Extension counter at Madhapur.

        Let me bring into your notice that myself Rohit Hunari - your so called contact no: [protected]// alternative no: [protected] had purchased a Nokia handset from Planet M, Madhapur.The documents were all submitted alongwith a photo, one Pan card zerox and local electricity bill where i am currently staying(Kiran Hostel).

        My number was activated on 1st mar 2009.The were going fine, until an SMS was send on 16th Mar 2009 which confirmed that i need to siubmit the required documents to resume my mobile services.I went to Planet M, they internally spoke to Mr.James who told them that my signature was found mismatch and due to which again i will have to submit the docs. I gave all the documents once again to Planet M office.However, they never inturn submitted to Airtel.Dont know the reason why.Then i started following up with your customer care where i had met with almost every escalation manager Ms.Uma - She gave me full customer support and assured me that a callback would be given atleast to confirm what the case is..however, the callback never came.Then again some days later i spoke to Mr.Wali, he was so confident that my problem would resolve in few minutes and my call which i made @ 9.25 pm from Planet M office, Mr.Wali guided me to go nearest Airtel office @ madhapur and fill up a magic form and my number would get activated within 4 hours.When asked about the timings @ 9.35 pm around, he said it would be open.Your own escalation manager are not aware that the Madhapur office is open from 10 am to 8 pm.Frusted again, i had to leave the Airtel extension counter where there was no form available, i was asked to go at Begumpet office which is 24 X 7 working.Since i didnt had time and energy to go there, i then called @ callcenter and spoke to Mr.Jagdish.He asked another 48 hours from me and advised me not to go office and submit the required docs at Airtel office within your working hours.

        Today i suddenly got a call from Planet M office where one of your Airtel executive was waiting for me to collect the set of documents which was already given to Planet M.When they asked me about my permanent address proof available, i informed that i can give the HDFC bank online statement.The executive agreed and was waiting for me.Since it was still office hours @ 5.00 pm and i was in a meeting, i said that all the documents would be picked up by my self and then will submit to Airtel office before 8 pm.

        The documents were all collected and when i entered your Branch office, there was almost closing time and your employees didnt had the energy to resolve my case.Since i had been running from pillar to post for the only reason that my mother is hospitalised and this being my persoanl number, i am unable to make any calls was hurting me like anything.

        Your branch manager Mr.Anand too did not met my expectations and informed me to take a recent electricity bill and sign of the Hostel owner without which for no reason even when i explained my difficulty was not addressed and i was asked to leave.

        I was finally informed by Mr.Nagesh that i can submit the docs at your Extension counter and tomorrow morning the docs would be given for processing.The docs are now lying @ Airtel Extension counter, Madhapur which hoefully will gointo the right hands for further processing.

        When i questioned the Branch manager that if i submit these docs will me number be activated within 4 hours, he looked at me in a bit of a surprise and asked me who said that.Then i refered the conversation i had with your callcenter escalation manager.

        This is just what i am expessing as of now and appreciate that my number gets activated.

        Secondly, for all the mental harrassment and physical stress that you guys have given, would like you to compensate on that by refilling my Mobile to an extent of Rs.1000/-.

        I dont know whether this suggestion will work or not. The SIM cards which are sold alongwith the mobile are to be sold to the outlets where the vendors are explained about the MID(Most Important Documents)without which they cannot sell those mobile phones.

          Am sharan, i had given installation charge to a Airtel broadband provider on[protected] and they saying that they don't have port to give connection and i asked them to reimburse installation fee which i have paid but they are irresponsible to take action to give me back my money.

          My name is Ganesh Prasad. Currently i am working in Honda Motocycle India Pvt. Ltd. I Purchaed your Airtel Postpaid Corporate Number is [protected] last month 25 Jan, 2010. This is Corporate Plan 500 Rs for 2 Years. Before purchased the number your Airtel Distributer Javad ( [protected] ) Commit me all Information about call charges and 99 Internet Scheme. All my friends and me were satisfied. During the filling the airtel form i mention for Internet activation and also to Your Distributer. He tell internet activated after 24 hrs when your number will activated . But now 15 Days completed no Internet activatted and now your distributed Javed not attending my call. he attend call 2-3 time. and tell me active 4hrs, 5 hrs and tommorrow. He just giving me time last two weeks. Tell me its your way to deal your Customer. Actually i me also using idea. I purchased your number just to listen your better services. Kindly active my Internet 99 Plan soon and take action against your distributer Javad( [protected] ).
          If you don't have such kind of service why you give fake commitment.

          I am eagerly waiting for your good service

            Airtel has ZERO customer service. Complaints are not addressed in time and their way of resolving something is to send legal notices and try to collect as much money as possible. After calling customer service many times, speaking to several people in collections etc., they are still hounding me for more money even after returning the SIM card and paying all dues.             I have not received any direct reply from the nodal officer apart from the automated reply. I had to call collections several times and I am finally giving up on the matter. I will be paying the amount prescribed Rs.2366.79 as full and final payment towards this dispute (check no: xxxxxx, State Bank of India) and will be returning the SIM card to the collections agent as well.

            At this point I am beyond irritation as to the amount of time I have wasted talking to people and explaining over and over what the problem is, which is a simple case of being billed on 2 plans for one connection. To avoid such pain in future, I will further be closing my landline and all corporate accounts as well in the next few days. If any further contact is made to me in this regard demanding further payment, I will be forced to post the entire correspondence, complaint numbers, and my bill detail clearly showing who is at fault to internet forums. Beyond that, I have no option but to approach the consumer court.

            I have an Airtel Datacard no [protected].

            Everything was fine until I asked my plan to be changed as my usage was low. At the advice of the 121 customer care, I sent the following SMS to 345 : “b activate 49 standard data card” on 5/26/2008. I did not get any intimation of when my plan was changed and continued using the data card as normal. The following billing cycle my bill was showing double the normal due. The detail charges showed that I had been billed on both plans i.e. the existing 350 plan, the 49 plan as well as for the 60MB that I had used.

            At this point I called customer care and lodged a complaint. Nothing happened and my bills continued to arrive with late charges (now mysteriously back to the 350 plan with no intimation to me). Every time I got the bill I have called customer service (about 5 to 6 times) and had to explain my case over again, with the promise that it will be resolved in 2 days or so, but no one calls back.

            Now I have bill collectors standing at my doorstep. The last time I was able to use the datacard was Oct 13, 2008 after which service was suspended. I regularly pay about Rs 5000 to 6000 on my Airtel landline without delay every month and would like to close this matter and resume service. However I do not know what amount to pay and I certainly am not going to be liable for a mistake of being on 2 plans which is not my fault, however small the amount may be.

            I would like this resolved immediately and in a proper manner, not some arbitrary amount being demanded failing which I will be forced to terminate the plan, close my landline account and my corporate accounts as well. I am writing from my official email so that I can be notified immediately.

            2. Our client states that even though you had been called upon, from time to time, to pay the bill amounts covered under various bills, you deliberately failed to comply the same. Notwithstanding, there were numerous reminders have been given to you in respect of payments but you willfully evaded and dragged to made the payments, which are due and liable to be paid to our client. Thus you failed to fulfill your obligation and breached the entire agreement, you entered into with our client.


            3. Our client states that you are aware of the terms and conditions stipulated in the agreement, wherein it is clearly stated that the SIM is the property of M/s.Vodafone South Limited, to be used by the subscribers strictly as provided in the agreement. You have knowingly and with an intention to defraud our client, you had willfully misused the connection provided by our client for your wrongful gain and as such your aforesaid acts amount to criminal offences punishable under various provisions of Indian Penal Code.


            4. Our client therefore states that in the circumstances stated herein above, you are forthwith liable to pay our clients an aggregate sum of Rs.2563/- in respect of the said mobile usage and services and your conduct of evading payment of the aforesaid outstanding inspite of repeated reminders, reveals your dishonest intention to cause wrongful loss to our client.

You are therefore called upon to pay our client the aforesaid outstanding of Rs.2563/- on or before 29/10/2013 failing which appropriate legal proceedings will be initiated against you for the recovery of the aforesaid outstanding holding you liable for all the costs and consequences arising thereof.

              Good Evening Sir/Mam,
              I - Avirup Ghosh, a client of your Company using airtel services for long is not getting proper services recently regarding Airtel-Live and Speedflirt Service. I had tried over a Hundred of times to Unsubscribe from the Pre-mentioned services, and for the same, tried to get connected to Airtel Customer care, but it never got connected. I received a sms yesterday (22/03/2009) from ''TA-Arena'' at around 15:35 which requested me to log on to- ''www.speedflirt.mobi/airtel.click'' and then to Edit Profile and to Unsubscribe because it read that within 2 days, the service will be renewed but the problem is this that the page is not opening inspite of innumerable efforts. Airtel has been deducting Re.1 per day as a usage of the said service. But I am not using it. So, why should I pay when I'm not using the service???? I want my money refunded/adjusted for the same immediately, within 5 Working-Days.

Airtel has been deducting Re.1 per day as a usage of the said service. But I am not using it. So, why should I pay when I'm not using the service???? I want my money refunded/adjusted for the same immediately, within 5 Working-Days.

                We are totally disturbed by your customer care executives, regarding bill payments. Bill payments are collected by your collection boys, they giving reciepts, after this procedures again your guys tellicalling freequntly, and making missed calls, while we might be in meetings or driving many times we informed them don't disturb, and we give our company contact person any thing regarding the bills details(accounts manager mob: no:) that time they making more and more disturbences and irritating dialouges.
                And we informed your collection boys, and he told us the calls making from Madras, and assured to solve the complaints, but the same day comes missed calls.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  Am using Airtel postpaid connection and i got Jan months bill that is Rs.1, 442.89 i paid this bill amount through Mcheck service on[protected] by using HDFC Bank Credit Card. But till today they have not updated the same and they were asking me to pay the bill once again, with regard to this i have loadge a complaint with customer care executives more than 18 times and i spoke with three floor Managers(Anand / Sathish Kumar and one lady) they have given the ref no's[protected] /[protected] and they told that within 48hours issue will be sorted out. But till today nobody have resolve the same. From[protected] morning my out going facility is barred. again i called customer care but they were asking me to pay the bill once again. Because of this problem my work has got strucked, more than that am loosing my money and also loosing my patieince.

                  I have a got a prepaid connection which has life time validity for dec 06 20011, but according to my budget and my requirement i recharge my cell phone, but when my balance remains only remains one rupee or two i find next time it comes to minus this month of i was observing, i purposely did not recharged my cell at first it was minus one rupee, and today on 26th of sunday july it was minus 5 and 19 paise, i was observing this from few months i had just let it go, Now whenever i recharge his money gets deducted which i have not use this is how you people make money, I am prepared to go to court not for this mere amount of money, but we dont how this way you are deceaving people in this country, so this has to be decieded in the court of law.I am sure about my plan and do not have any caller tunes or any added plans neither opted. This is hard earned money and i ready to fight for it.

                  Bharti Airtel — NEW CHARGES

                  The service providers have added to my bill dated 1/3/2012 a sum of Rs.799/- + taxes for an item termed as smartbytes charges. I do not know the background of this charge nor was I informed of this earlier. Please advise the company to inform me the nature of the charge and whether this charge is applicable to all consumers.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have a prepaid mobile No. of Airtel[protected]Punjab ans Haryana circle).
                      One year validity expired on 27 Feb 2009.
                      I could not recharge on time as I was out of the state.
                      But there was a balance of about Rs1453/- which was unused.
                      Airtel in Delhi has a policy of offering extension of validity on SMS, but i received no such SMS.
                      I ultimately got a one year recharge for Rs246/- on 21.03.2009 from Airtel Relation Centre, Manimajra
                      with assurance that the previous balance will be added but it has not been done. I have since taken a lifetime validity for Rs99/- and a topup of Rs100/-. Please ensure that the previous balance is credited to my account

                        I have been using my connection for the past 2 years now and for the past 1 year regularly Rs 10 is deducted from my account twice a month ,stating that i have renewed my subscription for Archie's comics,whereas i have not done anything of this sort. Had registered complaint 'bout the same to Airtel last year and they said that it will be dealt with ,but that has not been the case. I suggest strong action be taken against the service provider for not rectifying the fault of their customer.

                          Dear all,

                          I purchased an airtel usb modem from Univercell chennai and could not install properly. When contacted the customer care, they came up with the answer, that it wont work with Vista Ultimate. But in Airtel website, they have specified operating system as Vista only and not distinguished between home and Ultimate.

                          However, I installed and connected in Vista ultimate, and the speed is from 0.1 Kbp/s - 6.6 Kbp/s.

                          All the telecom indsutries put fancied advertisements and when literally purchased, you end up with making a fool of yourself.

                          This happens only in India...Sorry to say that...I have used vodofone datacatd in UK, and Bigpond datacard in Melbourne, all exactly do what is being specified with a whopping 1.8 mbp/s speed.

                          But alteast, if the USB modem gives the committed speed of 64 kbp/s that would be some solace.

                          We need to boycot all the datacards in India,

                          I am highly disappointed with the Internet Speed which is given by my Airtel USB Modem. It has been around 1 month since i have purchased the instrument & I was told before taking that the instrument would given upto 200 mbps & above speed. But, it hardly gives 5 to 6 mbps. I am not ablt to open any web sites & thinking about uploading any photos is a sheer waste.



                          I want to return the instrument back & get back my Money, which is around Rs. 3500 & Rs.1000 as a security deposit. I have used it not even for 5 day in this 1 month period. Request you to consider my case & take back the instrument.

                          Airtel USB Modem — very poor speed at usb modem

                          I have purchased a USB Modem from airtel two days ago. I am getting speed of 0 kbps to 3 kbps. Some times once in an hour reaches to 5 kbps too . It has reminded me of 12 years old net connection services. I have tried to lodge complaint at Local Kanpur office and on airtel Customer care but in vain. Customer care says it is an hardware problem so talk to local office and nobody at Local office is ready to attend the complaint.

                          What should I do ?

                          Dear Airtel,
                          I have recently taken the Airtel USB Modem connection, Unlimited plan. The purchase was made from Touch Tone Marketing. I have immediately informed and mailed the customer service after figuring out that the connection is 256 Kb/s which connects at only 5.0 Kb/s and has been of no use to me.
                          I did not receive any communication from the customer service, i did inform Touch Tone associate and he visited the Airtel Customer Svc located on the 100ft rd, Indiranagar, and was asked to send the customer with the laptop.

                          I did go on 9th july to the same Airtel center and was informed that the Touch Tel associates shall sent a technical person to check my connection.

                          Let me make this very clear!!! i am not going to afford to waste my money on a pathetic product and the customer service offered to me.
                          I would request you to kindly put this issue on the highest priority on your agenda and have this resolved ASAP!!!

                          It would not be my concern if the area i stay has no good connectivity as this was one of the reason i was told might be the issue, but shows full coverage on a Airtel mobile and the interface.
                          Get one thing rite if the infrastructure or the back bone for the service is not in place than please dont market your products to those areas.

                          I look forward to an immediate response on the same, or will go to an extent to write to the corporate office demanding a refund!!!

                          Airtel USB MODEM Tourture
                          I've taken USB Modem on 29th Aug 09 from Bannerghatta Main Road Airtel office Bangalore by paying Rs 4000 ( four thousands)

                          On 10th Sep 09 connection has suspended without my notice when i contacted Airtel customer care they intimated me that Verification department ordered them to do it.

                          Then i requested Airtel department for Verification Customer care lady informed they will be coming my home on Saturday (12th Sep) so i was waiting for them from 10 AM to 7 PM nobody came

                          Sunday holiday, so called on monday directly to Venkat - (USB Model Sales guy Airtel) - Bannerghatta road where i got the hardware and SIM. he suggested me to contact nodal officer Meenakshi

                          On 14th sep 2009, Afternoon at 1 PM Airtel verification executive came to my home done the verification and took my signature and promised me that SIM will be activated in another 3 hours time. as promised i got my internet conenction back at 7 PM in the evenning same day.

                          On 15th Sep 09 again it's not connecting when checked with Airtel they are again telling verification is not done. so outgoing has been barred . then who's the person who came to my home on 14th Afternoon, ?

                          I feel Airtel is un organised company more over they are buggers better don't fall in their net
                          Please go for Reliance or any other wireless internet providers, you may feel slow internet connection but toruture & outgoing proof you will get

                            hai im deepak frm gurgaon i resign bharti at 2nd march 2009 frm this date still there is no process to should be confirm frm hr department side nd most important matter is very cheap management nd HR dept.both sitting in gurgaon hub there is no any systematic work . i realy tel most of employees are nt satisfied frm management of gurgaon im realy shocked nd surprised wen im resign frm dis company.

                              I am using airtel connection since long time 2-3 years, now i submitted my application Airtel outlet, garh road, meerut for changing the plan on 9th March 2009, On 22nd Evening i tried to phone but recd message -nos are not correct 1 no tried, other no tried failed, i querried and came to know that my connection is temporary withdrawn without any information, i am unable to understand why? As I have deposited again my id proof at Garh Road, again I visited at Garh Road, Meerut, application with ID proof is pending still in drawer, I get received a copy of my application and came back, still it is not in working condition.

                                I purchase AIRTEL Digtal TV connection on last Monday i.e 16-03-09 by paying Rs. 1750/- with three month free subsriciption, with my VC no.[protected] STB [protected] ID no. [protected], My service activate on afternoon at 1 P.M . On tuesday when I check my account, I was shocked it was showing -1750 /- . I immidaitely contacted to the dealer who assured me it will be correct by the evening . Next day again I approached to the dealer i.e Dish Shoppee shop no. 7862, Opp. PSEB office Sirki Bazaar . On my complain he talked with Mr. Parveen Sharma service Manager of the area and give the detail, who again assured that this is internal problem & my service will not interrupt . On[protected] at 4 P.m. I receive a threatening call from phone no. [protected] of Mr. Kamal from Airtel office New Delhi that I have not paid Rs. 1750/ - so, immidaitely pay the charges otherwise the service will be stopped . I told that person that by paying the ammount I have taken the dish, & the company has started the activication . So, it is your responsibilty to check the fact without harrassing me. I again contacted to Mr. Parveen Sharma service Manager as well as to the dealer that what is going on . but agian I got same asssurance that my service will not stopped any way. They also gave me cash card no. of Rs, 1750/- . But all of sudden today on 22-03-09 the service was stopped by the company, showing how they can cheat us ? ? ?

                                  I am the customer of your telecom with mobile no-[protected] for last 10 years. For this loyality i got a very good remarks by your company, I would like to tell you that my no as mentioned above has been deactivated on 11th of March without prior information when i asked to your customer service people i got replied that i need to submit my ID Proof to get activated again. After getting this information by next day on 13th of march i submitted copy of driving licsence as ID/address proof at 18 pusa road karol bagh. After doing this i was supposed to get activated my no. within 48 hours. But it didn't happen after the given time i made contact again with your executives and asked to submit again i did the same on 17th of march but in vain.

                                  A consumer never expect such kind of pathetic service from Brand like Airtel . I suffered a lot during this period .
                                  I therefore, request you to kindly attendon this matter ASAP. I shall be very much obliged to you for the act of kindness.

                                      A BHARTI AIRTEL REPRESENTATIVE APPROACHED ME ON 1-FEB FOR DEMONSTRATING BROADBAND SERVICES AT MY LALBAUG ADDRESS. THE CHEQUE IS DRAWN AGAINST "BHARTI AIRTEL LTD" AND MONEY IS WITHDRAWN FROM BANK A/C ON 5-FEB. THE PERSON IS NOT REACHABLE ON GIVEN NUMBER SINCE THEN AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME FOR ACTIVATION. 50 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THEN. I STRONGLY WISH TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST THE FRAUD AND UNPROFESSIONALISM SHOWN BY AIRTEL AND PLAN TO BRING THIS TO CONSUMER SERVICE CELL IF THE MONEY IS NOT REPAID IN A WEEK.                                       I am arun from chennai. I am working as a Senior Software Engineer. For doing freelancer project i need internet connection facility. On 10.02.2011 i book airtel broadband one guy (narashiman customer care executive) called me and told me that "Connection is available in your area one of our executive will come to ur room shortly you need to provide the valid documents.". One of the airtel executive Mr venkatesh called me and he came to my room and he got 500 rs and room rental document and pan card document and one airtel broadband application form and He told me "Sir tomorrow we call u and we will provide u the internet connection tomorrow and i will call u and tell u the booking number at night".So i commited lot of responsibilites regarding the freelancer project. But he didn't called me at night So i make a call to him yesterday morning. he asked excuse and told me that "Your register number is CH1139597". After that one guy called me and asked me some questions that where is ur area and tell me any landmark so it is easy for us to provide internet connection. such like that. so i had told him about my residence. until night i didn't get any call. So i called the person his name is navaneethan. and asked about the internet connection. He told me, in that area we able to provide only 35 connection so already we provided 35 connections in that area. so we unable to provide u the internet connection. So immediately i called to mr.narashiman, and i asked about it. He told sorry sir we cant able to provide u the connection we will refund u the money. But my loss due this play will be nearly 25,000. Airtel broadband customer care executive are really doing forgery activities.

                                      Airtel — Fraudulent Bill Plan and unprofessionalism

                                      In response to my following complain to AirTel I got an acknowledgement mail from AirTel with reference number given as 46378386. For the complain registered on 14th May I was told in the mail that AirTel will back to me by 15th May 10:30 AM. I haven't received any response from them till today (20th May).
                                      I contacted AirTel customer care but they have no clue.

                                      Complain:
                                      Hi,

                                      I have a broadband connection at home. My fixed line number is[protected].
                                      My plan was 1099 Rs which offered 1MBPS download speed with download limit of
                                      25 GB under FPU (after that speed would be reduced to half).
                                      I did a top-up of 100 Rs last year to increase the speed to 2 MBPS with same
                                      download limit.
                                      So according to my current plan billing amount exclusive of taxes is 1199 Rs
                                      monthly with download speed of 2MBPS and limit of 25GB under Fair Usage Policy.
                                      But I have been getting 1MBPS speed even after the top-up and have never
                                      received 2MBPS speed.
                                      I am AirTel broadband customer from 3 years and I do not expect such unethical
                                      behavior from AirTel.
                                      Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                                      respected sir, i RAJU DAS recharge my airtel with Rs.-10/- at nearly 1.40 p.m. 03.09.2011 and i did not any outgoing calls or any sms which is chargeable from my mobile [protected], then why airtel reduce into my balance 1.80/- for unnecessary reason, i also complaint u that it is not a first time, i inform to customer care at near about 8.00 p.m. but they not reply positive answer.......i inform to u that i already recharge my airtel internet pack 98/- of every month, so why my balance came down on 1.80/-, I hope, u take to needful steps and refund my balance very soon then I will take legally action on airtel.
