I am unable to get my PF amount from the caption company, they are delaying the PF procedure for more than 8 month...kindly help in the fetching the PF amount...

Dear Ushus,

As discussed, resending you the mail for 03rd TIME.

Please provide me the Acknowledge Copy of the PF form submitted to the PF dept or else give me the alternative option to get my PF and F&F money.

I hope you will appreciate my stand, as its already 7 MONTHS that I am following with you & your team...but in vain!!!

I am fed up of playing this email-email game now...

Hope, this time you will revert in my favour...or else I will address this issue with you all concern personnels to consumer court & media to recover my money.

Airtel being a brand company will face trouble in terms of reputation for such a small issue on PF and F&F settlement.

Kindly look into the matter,

I will appreciate your early response in the regards.

Need your personal attention.

I have spoken with the officer at PF office at Delhi the number provided by you[protected]. howerver, to my surprise, the official confirmed that they have not received any PF form at their Delhi office. Moreover, He also confirmed that the PF number (HR/GGN/10693/018544) seems to be of Haryana and not Delhi. On insisting, based on your email confirmation of submission of the form to RPFC office at District center, the official has requested the scanned image of the acknowledgment copy to be provided.

Request you to re-confirm my PF number and facilitate to send me the scanned copy of the acknowledgment for assisting me in my follow up with the PF office at Delhi.

I'm also awaiting my FnF status, which was on your priority list as on 29th-June-2009 (see the trail mail).

Awaiting riposte.

As per your mail dated 29th-June-09, you have mentioned that my PF form has been submited to the PF office but i have checked the status on the website http://epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx and i am getting a message "Your Claim Not Received by this Office!"

Refer attachement for your ready knowledge & advice.

Also request you to provide me the acknowledgement copy of the PF form submitted to the EPFO, Delhi.

Your prompt response will highly appreciated.

Dear Jarnail,

Your PF withdrawal forms were signed and submitted by us to the office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Delhi (South), Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi on 23-Apr-2009. As you may be aware that our PF funds are managed by the PF Department and hence your PF widhdrawal forms need to be processed by them and accordingly the pf accumulations will be transferred to the bank account mentioned in your forms by them directly. As per the PF rules, once the PF forms are submitted to RPFC, we have limited scope/responsibility on the same as neither any status is shared by them with us nor details of settlements are shared with us directly.

As communicated earlier, it normally take 60 days time for PF Settlement as per the process of the PF Department. In case you do not get the PF accumulations in your Bank account within this time, you may please get in touch with the PRO of the PF Department at[protected] to check the status on the same directly on (http://epfindia.nic.in).
For any correspondence with the PF department you can write to the below mentioned address
