[Resolved]  Airtel — Chennai Airtel Customer Care Has Become Very Worst....

I'm Vasu Devan from chennai.i'm using Airtel no for past 3 years....My no is [protected]
I was very happy with the services they provided.But,as the no of customer increases.They started showing their real stuffs.
For Me my balance (Rs.50) getting reduced every month as soon as i receive the message from the network "Thank u for using Airtel Network from 6460110"
this problem is happening from last 5 months....i hav given complaint regarding this to customer care.they agreed their fault n they had refund that credit to my balance...second time when it happend,i was busy with my i din worry about this much.third time i was in roaming that time they updated for the same reason,sending that same damn message.when i gave the complaint,they said they'll take 5 to 7 days to clear this n fix this problem.
i was happy...that time .but still this problem occurs....
On top of all this ,when i gav complaint for the 1st time.that time itself they refunded my balance n assured that this wont happen in future.But they still din even think about that...i guess.
Now,...i lost my patience n went to near by Airtel head office n gave a complaint.their they cooly sayin that they cant refund the balance.but they can stop those message from that network.
if it so.....i have to lose my balance for not doin anythng.
for all this problem i hav deactivated AIRTEL LIVE 2 months before.stil i wonder where the hell i did.As per my knowledge i never gave my mobile to any one.I wont bother if at all i din giv this no to my frunds al around the world.
I cant simply stick to other new no.
So this would be my last complaint...if this problem arises again.i'll surely put ur network in Consumer court for justice.

Airtel Prepaid — Airtel is not interested to sustain No.1 position

Airtel is cheating the customers.I have purchased three times for the 10 rupees Top up card.But no one worked for me.Even the card is not expired.When i tried to Top up it says "Voucher is invalid".

Airtel — tariff card

erecharge on 29/08/2008, on that day receiving msg of sucessful recharge but after one or two days call charges deduct with tariff i.e 1percall/perminute instead of 30&50paise/perminute.compaint on custmer care but not the problem not solved yet.plz solved as soon as possible

My daughters mobile No: [protected] airtel not reaching at the heart of chennai city every time she has to come out her home to terrace to talk, that too the hearing is poor and often the phone cuts off with in 15 or20 seconds and again i have to make calls dedecting my remaining balance amount making you profitable and loss to me.
i need full compensation.
i made lots of complaints with the so called "bogus ready made recorded message"complaints section with out complaint numbers

My son's mobile No [protected] is using by me. The same no, is recharged by me on 04.10.2008 in Satara-Maharashtra. The recharge amount is Rs.100/- (Rupees hundred) only paid to your local collection centre at Satara. The rechared message is also received by me. But the balance is not increased by Rs.100/- It shows only previous balance Rs.00.09 only. I complaint to the local collection centre but he did not respond. With this I cannot use the cell becabuse of not increase in balance. This is not only my complaint but also there are so many people like me. This is only Air-Tails profit. Please look into the matter and increase my balance in Cell Phone [protected].

i am a retailer in pondicherry, i dont know the value of our incentive for new prepaid connection, pl paid that incentive amount to your easy recharge sim like vodafone
Dear Sir,

I am using the Airtel Prepaid connection upto 5 years.

I have converted that prepaid connection to Post paid on[protected] for my special purpose.

But i am not using / receiving that Post connection benefit till now.

I went to mumbai from[protected] to[protected] in that i had based many problem becasue of airtel.

I am not willing to pay any amount for the same period.

I dont want to happen this same issue to any other airtel customer.

I am really feeling bad about airtel.

Kindly check and do the needful tomorrow itself otherwise the same matter will be publish in media.

i am arun from chennai, For past 4years i had been using this simcard from 2005 to 2008. My mobile

my proofs as per customer care advice. Yet now my sim card have not been activated.

we are having about 10 mobile connection in our office. The signal shows full in mobile instrument but we are unable to speak from our office. We have to move ourselves from our seat to corridor for attending the mobile . This compliant Number is 21228310 and 27332737. No action is taken till date. We are facing lots of hardship. Now we here by inform you that if this complaint is not rectified till 31.5.09 we will not be paying any bill of our connection. You will be responsible for the same. No penalty what so ever on unpaid bill will be paid, or else send us a letter informing that the complaint cannot be rectified. we will pay all the dues and surrender all the connections. It is now you to decide.

My dealer also refused to help me nd i contacted customer care even that was a vain. I please request u to cancel my RC 98 BOOSTER and activate RC 95 BOOSTER.
