[Resolved]  Airtel — Chennai Airtel Customer Care Has Become Very Worst....

I'm Vasu Devan from chennai.i'm using Airtel no for past 3 years....My no is [protected]
I was very happy with the services they provided.But,as the no of customer increases.They started showing their real stuffs.
For Me my balance (Rs.50) getting reduced every month as soon as i receive the message from the network "Thank u for using Airtel Network from 6460110"
this problem is happening from last 5 months....i hav given complaint regarding this to customer care.they agreed their fault n they had refund that credit to my balance...second time when it happend,i was busy with my exam.so i din worry about this much.third time i was in roaming that time they updated for the same reason,sending that same damn message.when i gave the complaint,they said they'll take 5 to 7 days to clear this n fix this problem.
i was happy...that time .but still this problem occurs....
On top of all this ,when i gav complaint for the 1st time.that time itself they refunded my balance n assured that this wont happen in future.But they still din even think about that...i guess.
Now,...i lost my patience n went to near by Airtel head office n gave a complaint.their they cooly sayin that they cant refund the balance.but they can stop those message from that network.
if it so.....i have to lose my balance for not doin anythng.
for all this problem i hav deactivated AIRTEL LIVE 2 months before.stil i wonder where the hell i did.As per my knowledge i never gave my mobile to any one.I wont bother if at all i din giv this no to my frunds al around the world.
I cant simply stick to other new no.
So this would be my last complaint...if this problem arises again.i'll surely put ur network in Consumer court for justice.

The worst customer care people i have ever intrecated are Airetel Customer care people. They dont show respect towards customers. I have faced many problems with Airtel Broad band services. They have taken amount from us and did not given connection.Three months over, but still they didnt refund the amount...

I am fed up with customer care people. Can somebody help how to get the amount from them? How to put case against them?

I am Shankar, Staying in Chennai. I have converted my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.
While converting I have paid all the amount and While I was getting the post paid number I have paid Rs 500 advance.
But while converting it to prepaid I asked the Airtel person to take the last payment from my advance.But he told that I need to pay the money and the advance Rs 500 will be sent through checque to my present address within 1 month.But Still i didnt receive the amount.It has passed more than one month.
Whats is the solution for this.

sir on 9.10.2008 the T.s.m in madurai madam.Sumathi has visited my shop and

office.By mistake i am also agreed that and give my easy sim to her at that
time my easy balance is Rs.11504.After 27 days she returned my easy sim with
rs.173 balance.Then whenever i asked for money she said she would give me soon

Monts are going on but there is no prober reply form her. in that mean
time new T.s.m by name MR.sreeversion take charge.I met him and informed my
critical position.Immediately he phoned to his boss name MR.Murali who said
that he would take necessary step for my money recover.

BUT sir untill today there is no prober reply from the company.More
over all(sumathy, sreeversion, murali)avoids my phone call.i am totally distrubed.
RS.11504 is a very big amount for me. i couldnt know what to do.so with heavy heart
i sent this comblind to you.sir please take necessary steps to return my money.sir

now I got one more problem, without aware of me activated hellow tune today with negative balance..we face so much problem..Can u solve my problem.

airtel-chennai — Lost money due to invalid offer

On 12th of march 2010 I tried to change my tariff plan by chargining 21 INR for one year.The Tarrif was 50 ps/min for all calls(STD, LOCAL) ,The same tarrif activated and my call charges were reduced to 50ps/min. But next day with out intimating me they changed my Tarrif plan back to 1.50INR/min. When I asked customer care about this they told "IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND ACCEPTED A REFUND OF 171INR.
Name of the customer care executives are (Dinesh, Mohan,Kavitha)
(case NO with airtel: [protected], [protected]).

Till now it is not refunded and today when i called customer care,they said they cant refund the money back.

My recharging details are,
21INR to activate the offer,top up of 50INR+100INR (supposed to credited 200INR in my account) +50+21(For activating the same offer).
Made STD calls and charged 1.50INR/min.

Since i'm cheated with fake offers I lost my money. I request your kind concern for this issue and help me to get justice for cheating me and wasting my valuable time,

This is subash from seashell international, I am the director for this company . I am using your network more then eight years . apart form this I prefer to use yr network connections to all of my staffs as well my landline ..

In this situation I am very much disappointed, Because of your sales rer . THey are cheating us under the name of airtel ...

1. Around 27 days back, I owe a new sim card for my black berry device, The # is[protected] .
2. While I booking this sim, I was clearly and strictly informed to your rep that ( on so and so time only my family members are available in home ) because they all are employed .
3. IN this situation on a couple of week back the sime is rejected, Due to the un available in home .
4. OK later that I asked your rep to meet my mum on so and so time . But you are peoples are failed to re verify .
5. THe days are passed . But day before yesterday your peoples said to me that they are not able to reactivate the sim . So they would like to offer me a new sim .
6. But still yet your pupils didn’t offer me a sim card, For this sim I have pay 500 rs .
7. Right now they are cheating us in this manner,
8. I have another number [protected] . pls review the bill statement . All of my bill amount is above 3000 to 10000 rs .
9. Because of your network coverage I am not interested to change some other network .
10. But if you service goes like this surely we all pushed to change some other net work ...

In this universe there is lot of way to earn the money, So your rep choose this way to earn some money under the name of your company . Because of this fraud peoples you company reputation wil be spoil .
I am the business man if I lost 500 rs is not a bog thing .. Thing about the moderate pupils . If they lost they have beg with your reps ..

Your local dealer M/s Univercel Chennai has issued me the no.[protected].On recharging the same i was told by customer care that
that number is of Madurai so in faced difficulty on recharging the same...
It means that whenever i recharge i have to face the problem..
It is the negligency of your dealer not issueing the local number...
pls look into the matter and advice me and arrange me to get the local number..

Airtel/Prepaid — Worst Network and Customer Service

Airtel is the worst service provider in India. I have an Airtel No. [protected] for last 8 years. Initially everything was okay but I started facing network problem for last two years. I called Airtel, I wrote so many emails but no result. They don't give even a damn to their customers. They used to tell me that change your mobile set, I changed it but the problem remained the same. Then I took the service of another company and its working fine. I have asked all my family members not to use this dirty service. They think that they are the god of telecom and we poor consumers have no option.
