[Resolved]  Airtel — Chennai Airtel Customer Care Has Become Very Worst....

I'm Vasu Devan from chennai.i'm using Airtel no for past 3 years....My no is [protected]
I was very happy with the services they provided.But,as the no of customer increases.They started showing their real stuffs.
For Me my balance (Rs.50) getting reduced every month as soon as i receive the message from the network "Thank u for using Airtel Network from 6460110"
this problem is happening from last 5 months....i hav given complaint regarding this to customer care.they agreed their fault n they had refund that credit to my balance...second time when it happend,i was busy with my exam.so i din worry about this much.third time i was in roaming that time they updated for the same reason,sending that same damn message.when i gave the complaint,they said they'll take 5 to 7 days to clear this n fix this problem.
i was happy...that time .but still this problem occurs....
On top of all this ,when i gav complaint for the 1st time.that time itself they refunded my balance n assured that this wont happen in future.But they still din even think about that...i guess.
Now,...i lost my patience n went to near by Airtel head office n gave a complaint.their they cooly sayin that they cant refund the balance.but they can stop those message from that network.
if it so.....i have to lose my balance for not doin anythng.
for all this problem i hav deactivated AIRTEL LIVE 2 months before.stil i wonder where the hell i did.As per my knowledge i never gave my mobile to any one.I wont bother if at all i din giv this no to my frunds al around the world.
I cant simply stick to other new no.
So this would be my last complaint...if this problem arises again.i'll surely put ur network in Consumer court for justice.

I am P.Viruman, residing at Dindigul 624 005, Tamilnadu, an Airtel Customer[protected] since 2005 to till date.

Due to valid reason and when compared to other Networks; Airtel Call charges are higher than other Competitors and hence I have decided to change the Network to continue the same Mobile Number by using MNP (Mobile Number Portability) service.

To use the above facility, the followings are the Unique Porting ID got from Aitel;

1) AT849216 dated 27/08/2011 Expiry date is 07/09/2011
2) AT449875 dated 08/09/2011 Expiry date is 23/09/2011

And the same has been applied for MNP on same date through other Network applications subsequently. Also I have spoken to Airtel Customer Care (198) so many times in this regard.

The Conversations are as follows;

My question is When the Network is going to be changed? The answer is the same from all respondents (Airtel Customer Care) repeatedly like …...

a) What is your name?
b) What is your Mobile Number?
c) Where from you speak?
d) What is your mailing address?

And then finally the calls transferred to Senior Executive (Airtel Customer Care). They also raise the questions like the above in something different way as …..

a) Q :> Your Mobile Number is as you speak now? A :> Yes
b) Q :> What kind of help I may do for you? A :> MNP
c) Q :> Why you are changing to other Network? A :> Higher call rates
d) Q :> If Airtel provides MNP offer? Are you continuing with us? A :> No

The final answers are;

1) MNP date is due on 23/09/2011 and you have to wait till that time
2) Wait for another 24 Hrs
3) Finally not able to talk to Customer care (198), the service is totally blocked / restricted by Airtel.

I have maintained all the request reference numbers for the discussions made with Airtel Customer Care (198) to make a note to TRAI hereinafter.

Further I try to contact Airtel Customer Care through 198 service so many times, the service has been totally blocked / restricted and when I dialed to 198 an automatic message has come like “THANKS FOR CONTACTING AIRTEL” and immediately disconnected the service with a written message from 121 services.

Then finally I have received the message from other Network on 23/09/2011 that

A) THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING OUR NETWORK and then next moment received another message ……………..
B) YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN REJECTED DUE TO MISMATCH IN UNIQUE PORTING ID AND CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER.

Please try to resolve the issue at an earliest, else you provide perfect / correct reasons for not accepting to change the Network as per our may request.

I have recharged rs.235 booster for call cutting and rs.49 for message pack on the same day[protected] the november month fully they charged for each and every message while i am sending to other airtel numbers 0.75/sms charged,
why you people taking charged, i have three months sms booster pack for all local networks,
i have spoke with your customer care executive he will take a complain, still i am didnt get any complain number, yesterday first one of your customer executive has speak and told me i am not put rs.49 booster on the same date but i have e-recharge sms last two months they didnt take charge how this month itself you charged without any intimation, first customer executive has disconnect my call and i cant able to make a call to customer care also,
Notes:
Refund my all of wrong charges and extend my sms pack date, Airtel network is good but really worstttttttt customer service, they taking charge for every 3 min but didnt connect my call, the IVR say press 9 to speak with customer executive, when we press means it will say *123# continue why wrongly and irritating comment will come and disconnect, i have gone to my nearest airtel show room means the customer executive have speak and inform me wrong solution and disconnect, we are not satisfy you service,
please refund my up to date wrongly deduction amount and credit me waiver immediately and connect my call to customer care.

if the booster scheme was changed means the shcheme is applicable only for new recharge persons only not existing customers (please note it) then why we are putting advance booster card for 3 months.

Hi,

On 3rd November 2011, i have activated internet for 5 rupees in my prepaid airtel connections and got 50 mb activation upto 4th November 2011, i have disconnected my mobile office at around 3 a.m. today, immediately check my balance, full balance amount has been deducted from my mobile. When i am trying to speak to customer care, no proper response from their side.
for one day they are charging 5 rupees with 50 mb., how they can deduct my 235 rupees for 3 hrs (approx) and there is no justification.
What service you are providing. Why Airtel customer care behaves like that. If this continues, airtel will lose all the customers. I need the reply back for my mail.

My Airtel no. is [protected] and my requisition no. is 39605217. I have disconnected my mobile connection before seven months, but till i am receiving bills for the mobile which is not in use. Without using the mobile I have paid about Rs. 2500/-, then to i am receiving the bills regularly. I totally fed up with this, hope i will not receive bills here after. do needful as soon as possible.

hai...am devarajan, am using airtel prepaid network past 4years...last 10 days before i buyed puplicate sim in kanchipuram(TN)..but out going not working if i cal means (your call is transfer to customer department for verification)..i am waiting more than 2hour but they not attening the cal)this happenim=ng more than 10days..ple help me and clear this problem

I am using the prepaid card with phone number [protected] for 5 years.
When I purchased the card at Hubsiguda HYderabad the seller asked me to furnish the residential proof and my Id. I gave the electricity bill and my PAN card to the seller .

Yesterday the 18th December at 12.25 PM i received a SMS from AA ARWSVC :
As per Govt directive please submit your form, PHOTO, ID & ADDRESS PROOF within 24 hours at airtel outlet to avoid service stoppage on your airtel mobile [protected] .

I immediately called the 121 number and asked why i received this message. she checked and there is no information about my POR ID in their data. Then i got angry as i know i furnished and is it my fault if they misplaced it. i scolded for being callous and sending a 24 hours ultimatum i asked why they could not give 1 month notice. government passed this information longtime back i kept quiet as i submitted the necessary information. NO CUSTOMER LIKES TO RECEIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE.

I am Mohammad k, working in Nissan office with the below address.

I am not getting airtel network service inside the office. Due to this I have missed lot of important call, that made a huge loss for me.

So due to that reason, I have registered the complaint several times to Airtel and despite false promise they have not addressed the issues seriously.

Later I had plan to port my number from Airtel to Voda fone (I could have been taken a new Vodafone number, but as I have given my number to so many people across I didn’t do that)

My request got rejected several time from Vodafone saying “Airtel is not released the number for Porting”.

Even it is difficult to contact airtel customer care as they 139 or regional number will never connect to the customer care.

So as a last option I have mailed the concern to [protected]@in.airtel.com for about 4 time with the issues and airtel executives are simply copying and pasting the readymade answers without even reading the mail.

Airtel neither solving the issues and nor releasing the number to go to better service provider.

So kindly requesting you to address the issue by realing my number for porting.

Or I will be going to consumer court to solve this issue…I have all the mail record with me…this is for your information.

I am rasheed from trichy.from this past 5 years i was used the air tel prepaid Sim.but the last year my friend change the air tel Sim to aircel with the same number through the help of portability.this process was completed near by 1year also.so again i want to join the air tel family with the same number.so i went to trichy air tel head office.but they are not response for my queries and they are not giving air tel Sim because this is special Sim.they always told this Sim is not available.i was going since the past 3 months sir.so kindly grant me the special Sim immediately sir.that sin no is [protected].now also i use this no in aircel sir.i want to come again our family.
