[Resolved]  Airtel — Chennai Airtel Customer Care Has Become Very Worst....

I'm Vasu Devan from chennai.i'm using Airtel no for past 3 years....My no is [protected]
I was very happy with the services they provided.But,as the no of customer increases.They started showing their real stuffs.
For Me my balance (Rs.50) getting reduced every month as soon as i receive the message from the network "Thank u for using Airtel Network from 6460110"
this problem is happening from last 5 months....i hav given complaint regarding this to customer care.they agreed their fault n they had refund that credit to my balance...second time when it happend,i was busy with my exam.so i din worry about this much.third time i was in roaming that time they updated for the same reason,sending that same damn message.when i gave the complaint,they said they'll take 5 to 7 days to clear this n fix this problem.
i was happy...that time .but still this problem occurs....
On top of all this ,when i gav complaint for the 1st time.that time itself they refunded my balance n assured that this wont happen in future.But they still din even think about that...i guess.
Now,...i lost my patience n went to near by Airtel head office n gave a complaint.their they cooly sayin that they cant refund the balance.but they can stop those message from that network.
if it so.....i have to lose my balance for not doin anythng.
for all this problem i hav deactivated AIRTEL LIVE 2 months before.stil i wonder where the hell i did.As per my knowledge i never gave my mobile to any one.I wont bother if at all i din giv this no to my frunds al around the world.
I cant simply stick to other new no.
So this would be my last complaint...if this problem arises again.i'll surely put ur network in Consumer court for justice.

airtel customer care is very worst
my problem is i changed from BSNL to AIRTEL, after getting connection i recharge with BOOSTER 53 because it is 2 second pulse, but now it as 60 sec with 30paise, i called to customer care 121 i complained he told ( shanker) u recharge with 22 & 45 booster u will get the benifit of 2 sec pulse, but i got only 40p/i min, after that i complained to customer care 121 he asked my problem he told he will connect the call to higher authority but after few min the call will disconnect like this is facted three times, finnally one custamer care people told u recarge with Rs.2, 22 u will get 1p pulse after recharge i never get, u pupil thinking customers r foolish it is not good

This is Priyesh doing my 2nd year from chennai... My mobile number is [protected] and i've been using this number for 3years. I'm so much moved by all the airtel services except for their 'Complaint Services'.
Last week i've a made complaint to the customer care(on 10th) regarding ma balance and booster. I've put 245 booster(i.e A-A 10ps and others:40ps per min) but for the past 6days i've been charged of 30ps(A-A) and 60ps(others) and so regarding this i've made a complaint and it was said that they 'll make necessary action on or before 16th of march(but was given assurance that things 'll be done within 2 days or early). 3days moved on and i again made a complaint to 198 and he too said that it was their fault and he 'll fix it on or before 18th.And today(17th march) i got totally vexed up as was charged at a tariff of 1ps/sec andso i called again to 198 to know the status, i was given an explanation that i've opted for number portability and requested them for A-A 10ps scheme and so my call booster was overriden by this and they've extended their service for another week by A-A(30ps). Its true that i sent a msg to portability but i didnt get a call from them to recieve complaints and more importantly to the context i didnt request them for any offers but i was given offers which i didnt agree(accept) to. But he says dat i did ask for them and he wasnt patient enough to give proper explanations and started to answer little harshly. I want my booster back by tomorrow(18th) as its the last day given by them. I'm totally insulted by him and if i dont hear anything from them then i'm moving from airtel to some other network.All i would sat is that you 'll lose a valuable customer if no actions are gonna be taken.Even if its the case as he said wont they be informing that the booster 've been changed and i didnt get ma complaint number for ma first cal and last. I've also made a complaint regarding this in ma 2nd call.Looks like no action has been taken for that too..

when I happened to check my balance([protected]) today in my mobile it was lesser than previous b/w which i never made use of my phone, friends and family chat scheme has been activated in my mobile for the past 3 months to an unknown number without my knowledge .when i called to customer care they were highly irrelevant answers which was not even sensible to the situation.Moreover after my complaint i`m not able to call back to customer again from my mobile, if i try it from other mobile i am able to connect to cc executives

During my first call to the cc one executive(male) told me that a seniot person will be calling you in 2 hours time i.e 12.00hrs but no one called.if that`s not going to happen why do your people give false promises.

At last i talked some executive who was very adamant in the way he talked and a senior executive POONGUZHALI whose kept on repeating the same thing but was not providing me the details of this activation of the scheme.

so my queries are simple,
1) from when this friends chat service is activated.
2) i never called this 12141 from my mobile then how did this get activated.
3) what is the need for you to block calls to cc executives.
4) why was i not informed about the charges that scheme have, even if you say it was activated when it was free, why wasn`t informed about the changes in the tariff.
5) I need the deducted amount back to my account, How long will it take for you people to put it back.

I am totally too disappointed of 198 service as i am the customer of airtel past 8yrs.
I have recharged my mobile no:[protected] On 17thApr11. With full talktime offer 234.
I have have taken the 98 Rs 2GB internet plan through 121 service and started using it
suddenly i saw my amount came to 47paise. I complaint to the ACC service regarding this but they said applications are too slow. So we are unable to trace it out. We will take care of it. Today i tested of recharging by 20rs then also the amount is getting detected slowly by taking 30p per minit without any usage. and finally it comes to 0(ZERO Balance).

Iam Manikandan and Iam using your airter for past 5 years. My Nos are [protected] and [protected]. Your customer care is very worst, Becasue Iam the post paid customer for past 5 years and I changed it to prepaid from april 1st week. When I gave all the details in the T Nagar branch. After 20 days today (21/04/2011) they bared by outgoing because of non submitting the documents. My job is to produce the ID proff and not wheather it is reached head office from branch office. You are not govt instution. When I explain this in the morning some superior in santhome, He said he will check and get back before this evening (21/04/2011). But one of the number is cleared ([protected]) and the other number ([protected]) not cleared. How long I have to wait for this and how many times I have to submit my ID proff. Finally I spoke to Mr Christy from Santhome office and he said he will get back before this (21/04/2011). Look in to this.

Good AM, everyday receiving 100 sms from airtel.contacted airtel customer care one month ago.action only sending the Q1, 2, 3.as per the SMS recharged with 112 and balance 28Rs upto now not credited in my account.2 months now.As per the sms gulf calls recharged with 102, but when i call to qatar not possible to call.that amount still remaining as it is.so try to credit in normal charge.i tried to contact airtel customer care but only getting music from the chief executive line, music ua um ua only.i discussed with my friends regarding airtel, all are have very bad openions.your customercare staff names are archana, muralidhar, rajeesh.my registration nos are CBNRA[protected] and W[protected].so i request to you please take a necessary action ASAP.

My mobile no is [protected]. on march 30 i tried to change my number to Videocon network. Till now they did not take any action to change that. If I ask means they are telling we will change as soon as [possible. Till now they did not take any response at all. They cut the customer service. If I ask means they will release it but they are not releasing. Please take necessary steps to change my network to videocon. Otherwise please tell me what is the reason for not changing my network. This is Satyanarayana Donthi, my mobile number is [protected] (chennai). if i do STD call (Andhra, Bangalore) i am getting 30 paisa for minute. After talking if i cut the phone on 3.59 seconds, i am getting charged for 5 minutes(1.50 paisa). so i am not happy with that. i may change my network, from Airtel to other network.

I am johnroberts from chennai, past 7 years i am using Airtel network .i ever seen this much of tariff palns and sudden changes in plan .

Need your assistants to solve my problem .

Today i have recharged 225 booster pack, But suddenly they said 10 paise for every messages for other network without any intimation.I called twice customer care .but no proper responce and they said this is applicable for today recharged users only next 90 days .

We have a Airtel Landline[protected] with Internet connection.We have disconnected our connection temporariry, since we were out of country.Then now we reconnected our telephone, but still it is not working and not able to connect with Internet.

i registered my request for mnp from bsnl to airtel and i was given the minimum time of b/w 7/10 days for my number to be ported in. my bsnl sim( [protected] ) stoppd working aftr 3rd day and my whole balance gone in vain, secondaly my airtel number didnt started..den i went to the airtel’s office there they replied they have no clue whatever happened. then they gave me a new sim and again it didnt worked and sir m really getting fed up from this company pls solve my problem..
