I'm using airtel services from quite some time and they have made my life miserable with their incompetent services.

In last four months, i've called them several times but they have no service attitude.

My username is pratbise and I’m not able to login into the airtel system by using my username and password. Everytime i call them (almost thrice a week), i get a standard reply that their system is under upgradation and within 48 hours i should be able to access. But three months have passed and those 48 hrs are still to get over. Now i'm being told that the upgradation was over on 21st May and still i'm not able to access. Each time they promise me that they will reset my password and sms it to me.

They are most incompetent. I’ve another airtel no. and I’ve faced much more serious problems on it.

In the process of upgradation they have deleted my airtel bills, from their system (that I had access to through my log-in). They claim that they can’t provide me with duplicate bills too.

They have made my life miserable, it is so frustating to face such problems. One has to waste time to talk and argue with them. They just have a standard reply for all our complaints... 'we are sorry for the inconvenience caused' ...and they actually don’t mean this at all.

No one pays any attention to our problems. The worst is that we have to talk to a new person each time and explain our grievances. No senior person is available to register our complaint with.

AIRTEL call centre is full of incompetent person, they don't even have most of the information and they don't have the service attitude.

I hope airtel can treat their customers better.

I am having a connection no.[protected], it was mainly for internet, but it never worked.There was no responce to complain customer care.I was paying bills for no service.Bills were coming after 2 to 3 month duration .From last six months i have got no bill even on complaining many time.Now this will be a hefty amount, What should i do now?

This is regarding my airtel post paid no. [protected] which i am using for a long time. every time i visited for some work to the airtel office but always dissatisfied from their services. but this time its too much.

last month i was forced by one of the employee of the airtel to buy addon connetions. i bought two connections but they are never operated by me beacuse they never started by the airtel because i shifted from my current place. but i was shocked by seeing my recent bill which include the tarrif of both the addon connections which i was never used. how can company charged me like this?

then i made a call to the nodal officer punjab, but the way she spoken to me was totally wrong.
My mobile no is [protected], the same was dicconnected on 23/06/2008. I was told that within 45 days I will be refunded my deposit of Rs. 500/-, but till date (14/10/2008) I have not received the amount. Now whenever I make phone call (made atleast 10 calls in past 5 days) I get reply that our systems are down.

Take up the matter seriously and refund me my deposit amount at the earliest.

This mobile number I am using for official purpose also . Because of your irresponsible I lost my money every month last two days back their was a out going cutoff and today my mobile number deactivated so I disturbed mentally and I missed so many calls and I am not able to contact to my office and personal calls .so for my mental stress and I lost my money so airtel settle Rs.50000 + my lost money bill amount

Airtel is giving very pathetic services in terms of network coverage, billing, customer service centers.

There is no link in between of two calls you make to Call center.
i bought a iphone with airtel lock when i bought that iphone ,they told you can use airtel net browse free for 1year in iphone but they started charging me from the 4th month itself , till date i am calling to customer care they are disconnecting my call while talking to me not giving proper answer ,

I am having a mobile prepaid life time connection of Airtel bearing no. [protected]. Airtel is activating various packages on its own and deducting money from my prepaid account. On complain they are also not ready to refund the money which they have suo-moto deducted themselves. Today also Rs.30 has been deducted from my account on account of renewal of one Khel- Khel me pack, which I had not asked for. I had requested to Airtel Customer Care number of times to stop such an unwanted, annoying and disgusting in nature of packages, since I am not interested in any of their packages, which they have activated on my said number and started deducting the money from my account without any notice. But instead of stopping the services, now it increase. It’s a theft committed by the Airtel service providers inasmuch as without any request, they activated the said services and further without any notice they renewed the said packages and started deducting money from my account and hence they caused undue loss to me. Not only this also after making request to stop such services, they did not stop the services. I am facing this problem for last three months and made several requests to the Airtel customer care officers to stop this kind of service but they all are useless.
Due to this kind of service, I chose to change my service provider from Airtel to Vodafone and I had applied mobile no. portability on about 22nd February 2011 to Airtel and they sent a UPC code no.AD 342834, I informed about this code no.to Vodaphone company but till date my no.was not converted in to Vodaphone no. because the request sent by the Vodafone was rejected by the Airtel service provider saying that my balance is in negative. Then I recharged my account but again the airtel have deducted the money from my account on account of the renewal of said khel-khel me pack.
I am very sorry to say that I am facing much problem due to this type of service. I called your customer care officer and complaint on number of times but it seems like Airtel mobile doesn’t care about its customer.What the bluddy treatment you guys are giving to your customers.
as a telecom company, a new brand in INDIA don’t know how to do their work and provide customer satisfaction, Please take urgent action otherwise I am constrained to take an action against you.
I hope u will look forward in these type of matters and pressurize service providers to keep the commitments given through plans while marketing in sweet words.

I do completely agree with B.Amudhan , Even i would like to add few more points addition to it . I had a very worst experience having Airtel Postpaid . I am highy frustrated and disappointed with Airtel Customer Care , their falls commitment and very poor services . I had taken the connection last week , submitted all my relevant documents to their executive. Few days back they have suddenly stopped my services saying we have not received your documents kindly submit it. I again submitted all my documents to the Airtel shop and they promised me that services would be up in 2 hrs . Its been 3 days now , i have been following up with them, but nobody has any clues why stil my services are barred .. every time i call to the customer care they replied saying either their System is down or Cant help . What [censored] is this . I would request to every india please please don’t take Aitel as Service Provider . They make customer stupid /fool . I would escalate this issue to their CEO . On very serious note ...Airtel is the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA . Please dont take and refer anyone to have a connection.

I dont know what to do now . I am tired talking to them and they are just a stupids

I have brought one Airel DTH connection but now I can see only few channels.
Customer care is not helping me even after complaining many times.
My a/c no. is [protected] and from last two days my set top box is not working. Even power indicator is not working. Tried to contact costumer service[protected] but the call keeps getting hanged on, so called quits. Kindly do the needful immediately. Today I was finally able to contact costumer care at 1.00PM and they gave me a complaint number 8734660. I was assured of resolution by 6.30 PM of 05/06/2011. I even got an SMS with a "Happy code" and was asked to call [protected]. No resolution as expected, tried to contact [protected]..."No. not reachable". The supposed "24 X 7" costumer care
at [protected] also does not operate after 5.00 PM, as I was unable to talk to any human after listening to IVR music for long time. Does Airtel exist as a company or everybody has left it for the good? anyway thanks to many companies in market, I would have the opportunity to use services of other DTH operators now!...Isko laga dala ...ab hone do airtel ka zinga lala!"
I received a message 4-5 times stating about some "full talktime offer" i.e if i recharge with Rs. 120 then i get Rs. 105 immediately and remaining balance in 48 hrs. i got my number recharged with Rs. 120 on 17th of july but i didnt receive balance talktime till 19th july. i tried calling customer care of airtel at 121 but instead of transferring call to some customer care executive, they will always keep call on hold asking u to wait. then suddenly call gets disconnected. again i called next day and fortunately i got to talk to some customer care executive but no proper response. he just writes a complaint and tells me that i will receive my complaint number through message and on enquiring how will i know about the status of my complaint he stated that airtel people will contact me themselves. i received complaint number via message but no call or message confirming the status. now again when i called 2-3 times to enquire about the status of the complaint, what i get is that customer care executive ask me to hold till he finds out the status and later cuts the call without confirming anything and wasting my precious time.
Also, without even my subscribing, i receive a message "thank you for subscribing to punjabi hits @ Re.1/day". how strange??? when i told customer care executive about this, what he states is that first let one complaint get solved and then i can get another complaint registered.
I am really irritated at the way these executives respond and also one or the other problem with my number cropping up every other day....
I am an Advocate and busy the entire day, i dont get time to visit airtel centre and this is what a customer/consumer gets for availing services of any company. Airtel is a known name in its respective field but i am sorry to say that its services are becoming poor day by day. I[censored] can convey my complaint to some higher authorities of Airtel that will help me because i am not able to get through any solution.

I paid upfront Rs 2190 do get an inclusive Airtel DTH installation, 12 month subscription and Rs 250 cash back as credit on 29 Oct 11.

With pain and after repeated calls of complaints I got the installation done on 17 Nov 11.

Still, after that the technician fleeced my wife, who was at home of Rs 250 as service charges when none was required. Also, till date the reception is not coming despite repeated complaints. There is just no response from the DTH group.

Advise- Never go for airtel DTH. Now, I heard from others too who have installed the product. Tata Sky is good.
I am unable to connect to the network.The message received is that I have been disconnected by the server.
The help desk has asksed to keep preferential setting as WCDMA which shifts to EDGE and roaming. I am surprised that email and small KBs of downloads have consumed 200MB.
Airtel Kerala states they are a differnet org and I have ot contact the Mumbai center for resolution of complaints
After a long dispute with Airtel and still the issue is unresolved, I can not take it up any more as i m fed up and my frustration level with Airtel is on its highest. Now, I am looking ofr to cancel the connection. Therefore, I talked to customer care excecutive for the cancellation on connection and he said that I need to make complete payment first to Airtel to clear all outstandings an then only the connection will be cancelled. Can I ask Airtel that what about the time and money I have wasted to raise the issues and follow up them. I would request Airtel not to extend this dispute anymore and Cancel the connection without considering any outstanding on my side otherwise If Airtel wants to have a legal dispute in consumer court then also I am ready for that. I have all the bill/proofs which completely prooves the poor services of Airtel which can frustrate any customer. I want Airtel to make its decision ASAP.

Dear Airtel,

In 1st week of Jul'14 your marketing people called me to convince for airtel wifi router 4G and promised good speed and services. On 13th July'14 on executive Mr Mahaveer came to my house for demo and that day he showed good speed of almost 3.5 mbps. I was convinced and paid him 2500 for the device and after 4 days my wifi started working.
After that neither I received any welcome letter nor any account no and no one bothered to inform my airtel no. After running from pillar to post I got my airtel no [protected] Band paid bill also but from Aug'14 i never got speed more than 0.5 mbps and despite following Mahaveer so many time I found him talking arrogantly.

Several times I contacted your customer care and submitted complaint but today when I called and spoke to some Mr Naveen he informed that till date no complaint is registered in past whereas every week I call and submit complaint. This week i have note complaint no also which is 58243489. Your lazy executive Naveen told me that we take 4 days to address Internet speed issue. Are you living in some stone age?

Now I under your modus operande of cheating people. On demo day you raise the frequency only to deceive customers to loot their Rs 2500 and then monthly bill of Rs 1100 is charged as bill (fine for falling in your trap) with pathetic service of 0.5 mbps speed and charges are of 4 G with upto 7mbps speed.

I am shocked to note that such a big company is indulged in such cheap methods of making money.I see this as a racket going on in Airtel to cheat people.

I want my amount to be reimbursed as I don't wish to continue with such bad people. This is equivalent to not only deficiency in services but also the harassment experienced at Airtel hands.

Looking forward for favourable reply as soon as possible.

We have sent complaint of limited network coverage at our residence which is adjacent to Agricultural university of Ludhiana. Boundary wall of our residence is joined with boundary wall of Punjab Agriculture University of Ludhiana (PAU). There is no flyover or new development near our residence by which network can be interrupted. This is just a false excuse for not solving the problem.

For your kind information, we are having many numbers of airtel. Details given below:

1. Corporate mobile connections.
2. PRI line for landline connections.
3. Broadband connection with commercial plan.
4. More than 20 airtel mobile connections in individual names.
5. Airtel 4G connection which we have taken to use at our residence.

Even though having so much connections we are getting this problem. We are paying huge bill amount every month but we are not getting good services from your end.

Hence we request you to pls look into the matter and provide appropriate solution by giving good network.

For landline our engineer has already been visited your office last month to
