[Resolved] Airtel — False Information | |||
Hi Rakesh, Before posted my query regarding this ur Customer Service Team called me and replied that migration from Tamilnadu prepaid number to chennai corpporate postpaid is possible & for more details contact ur nearest Airtel showroom. Their also said its possiblein showroom. But now my issues is Mr.Rajasekar Airtel Executive & his contact no: [protected] he is sitting in my office for Airtel Postpaid Sales for past two days im approaching him for my migration but he denied for this & he said its never possible, I said got confirmation from Customer Service Team still he is dening,Why ur executives are gave false information. I need one new connection & two migrations now what can I do better be stick with ur operator or others. Also my colleagues are still facing this same issues. Pls advise me….. Airtel — false reasons
Hi I am using a Airtel prepaid connection since last 7 years, last few days when I recharge Rs - 80/- Airtel automatically deduct my balance regularly Rs - 5/-, and once Rs - 50/- for this reason I call customer care, than I know I am downloading a video from hangama.com, which are totally false. This company last 3 times deduct my balance. All time I complain, than company say "this is last time" but I face same problem frequently.I think This Company chitted with me.
