[Resolved]  Airtel / Customer Care — Don't trust Airtel!

This is bhanu chander s/o J. Raju, i have took the simwith one year incomming payable amount is 398 Ruppes.

my out going calls was barred since from 9 days, i consult the person who has given me the sim, but their is no response & correct answer with him.

Because of my brother suggestion i selected the airtel sim but at the initial period only i am facing problem, i hope my problem will be rectified

please provide a airtel outlet near our resisdence.Beacause outlet is more away from our area.So please solve our problem as soon as possiable.we can provide good space for outlet on road also.

My name is Mrinmay Nag from Kolkata and my mob number is [protected] . I am very sorry to say that you are unable to keep you word. Since from the last 16 days, I can not
make my internet connection over my phone. I am using Nokia N81, after recharge R.s 104/- (Full GPRS), I called customer care for settings. But they were unable to provide
the particular settings, they suggest me to take manual settings and I took the settings manually. Every thing was fine, but from the next day the same problem had happened, I did not browse the Internet. From that day I had try to call customer care, but they did not received my call. Last night, I've called customer care (121) at 03.45 a.m., select language option 1 for Bengali, then press button 4 and finally pressed 9 for customer help. Some one received my call but did not reply until I disconnect the call (I've recorded that call named: custo1). Again I make another call but the same thing happened again ( Cust2 ) .The second record, I think two person talking each other in slang language.

We use Airte for better service, which you told but now I see there is no difference between our polliticians and you. You give us word, but unable to make in real. You provide 24x7x365 customer-care support, but you are unable to fix it. Please tell me what should I do?

Dear sirs, cross connection problem complaint lodged by SMS so many times to CUSTOMER CARE, ujjain(M.P.) but no action has been taken by airtel Ujjain(M.P).It is wasting the callers moey on each call.Who is resposible for it? RECTIFY THE SAME.

Air tel are not a customer friendly company. Complaints are not attended to and customer is harrased and made to run from pillar to the post.
I have even been served with a bill although Airtel have not even activated my phone yet.

MY AIRTEL CONTACT IS [protected], FROM THE LAST TWO DAYS MY BALANCE ID DEDUCTING WITH OUT ANY REASON, WHEN I CONTACTED A, CUSTOMER CARE, COMPLAINT NO.[protected], IS GIVEN TO ME AND THEY ASKED ME THAT THE BALANCE IS ADDED WITH IN TWO DAYS, STILL NOTHING HAPPENED FOR THE SAME.
Hi, I am a Airtel customer with Prepaid services, every day I get deducted with 9 rs (3 rs 3 times a day ) for VAS services, I dont know without my notice why this service was activated on my mobile and why Airtel is deducting rs 9 every day. I have been trying the Cutomer care # for a week now, but they doesnt have any option for talking to the customer care guy instead there are # of options for the pre recorded talks. I kindly request to disable all this services on my mobile and return me all of my money that has been deducted till date in lieu of this VAS services. My mobile no is [protected].

I had a landline number 42758270 in Delhi. On 23rd July I informed the airtel that I would be shifting my residence from Delhi to Indore and they should disconnect the phone. Till now they have not done it. Since I am seeing so many complaints against this nasty service and nobody seems to care, I think it is about time a mob smashes their offices and kick their stupidest customer care service center, . All the employed in airtel are in hiding and you can't talk to these .

Unfortunately for me I landed up in a place called Mhow and there seems to be no other service other BSNL and Airtel. BSNL I won't even touch them with a barge pole. So I took a broadband connection from an airtel franchise in MHOW who is clueless about communications. Just after couple of days later the dial tone went off and ever since I have been banging my head against the thick brainless skulls of airtel "customer don't care". One Mr Anil Rai in Bhopal employs a permenent of a sectretary who has been trained to parrot "He is in a meeting" at any time of day.

Time has come the entire airtel lot should be brought down to their knees by the people whose blood these have been sucking. There has to be revolution of sort to kick these to come to their senses.

All these franchise and call center are the main cause of dissatisfaction
