Airtel Data Card — harassement against payment of bill

I am anuradha writing to you , with such a frustration which can nver be able to be expressed. I have taken an Airtel Datacard with the no :[protected] and account no: [protected] and writing to yo to raise a complaint against the executives and the service of the customer care too.

This is for your kind information that i have been using airtel datacard for my official purpose. I have been paying my bills on time every month and have never faced any issues with the bill payment nor the internet service. But, there was only one month where i couldnt pay my bill on time and also on the deadline due to my busy travelling schedule. I was travelling a lot of places and i couldnt pay it on time But then i have informed my brother to pay the bill and he had made a payment of 999 from his card from Canada . as the services were de-activated by the time i payed the bill i waited for 24 hours and called up the customer care to active it But i was told that the bill is not payed at all and moreover have some outstanding amount to be payed which i seriously deny. There might be late payment charges but when i have already payed the bill why would they be an outstandng amount??

As the net service is very important to me , i had again made the payment through my office accountant . He had paid an amount of Rs.999 . But then i still didnt get my internet access and i had to wait for more than a week. I persistently called the customer call to raise a complaint. they give different no and just say tht it is not their problem it is the device problem and have to cal the micromax service guys to rectify it. I have tried almost 10-12 nos of airtel and also micromax service centres but havent got any response from any one of them. Neither the Airtel customer care took the responsibility to activate my services. They sais that there is a problem with the device itself N we have even not got any response from the micromax too.. Wat would any one do when there is such a situation that u pay double the bill amount and then there is no internet and people blame each other for the problem??? Is this the professional way? Is this the way customer should waste their valuable time and also money?

Due to these reasons my accountant had given a service closing letter in Airtel Office Kukapally and informed them thaty we are not going to continue with their services. Inspite of that evey month the bill is generated and sent to me. Is there any logic that Internet is blocked and bill gets generated???? When the device itself is not working then how come you guys generate the bill though persistent comlaints were given?

One more complaint which i would like to add is. M a gal and i stay alone in my house. The bill collection people come and speak rash and shout and sometime talk very filthy and abusive language. They have spoken to me in such a way that no girl could ever bare it. Threatning me thretning my family,my friends, threatning for money wat is all this??? Do u ever kwn wat is happening on the field?? There was on airtel bill collection guy who directly entered into my room ans started talking filthy WHos going to save me if something goes wrong????? Are you not responsible for all these?

I feel so embarresed when ever i see your guys they way they talked they way they behaved is just un explainable.

without knowing all this how could you ever threaten my family that all the credit cards debit cards and telephone operating services would be given a black mark against al o[censored]s? We r the people who give great respect to money and would never miss use it. Its not the question of not paying the bills its the question of the services rendered by the company . Who wil not pay the bills on time wen the services are good???

Pls think about it and help me from your service guys.I have got so much of threatning and abusing that i am serisouly scared to stay in hyderabad. I have nvr faced such a prb with anyone. am new to hyd and i am now feeling bad that people here dis-respect gals and customers so badly and mis-behave!!!

If i still get any threatning and any notice or bills i am for sure going to give a complaint in the police against your service guys for mis-using abusing and threatning me.

Pls treat this as a alarm for you and try to give a good service. We are not cheap people to deal with all this.

R com Travelling Data Card — Data card not activated

Dear sir
I, Surjeet Katoch have purchased a Reliance Data Card for internet service through yr. Cannought Place Delhi office. Miss Neha has called us from no.91-[protected] and sent a executive named as Neeraj (M.No.[protected]). He delevired data card on our address and collected necessary documents for its activation.
After that he assured us that card will actvate in1-2 days and he himself will come for activation. Initially when we called him after 2-3 days, he was telling us that he will activate data card in 1-2 days. But now he is refusing to pick our calls . He has taken a money of Rs. 2650/- as cash and given a bill. Your CP office is also not replying satisfactorily. Plz. look into the matter and make our Data card activated immediately.
